"We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location is perfect - lots of restaurants downstairs, good location on the edge of the old town, parking very close and convenient and a supermarket around the corner.The apartment was very clean and instructions for arrival and our stay were clear and well communicated.It's worth noting that the apartment is up 4 flights of stairs. "The apartment was clean and spacious and located right in the heart of old town. It was a short walking distance from all of the sights in old town, restaurants, and the lake. Jean-Philippe is a great host who was very helpful! You can park in the Sainte-Claire parking garage (closest one to the apartment) and put your ticket in the pay station machine and pre-pay for a 2, 3, or 5 day parking pass. This was an excellent stay!"

"My children and I enjoyed a very comfortable week's stay at the apartment - it is warm and spacious and had everything we needed. It is in a good location - just 5 minutes walk to/from the ski slopes or 5 minutes drive into the town, or there is a ski bus stop right outside the front door with various buses stopping there. The owner and local manager were great in their communications and the check-in/out process was very easy."

"Appartement bien, literie confortable, très bonne situation géographique et très bon rapport qualité prix.Peu mieux faire niveau propreté (aspirateurs pas vidé depuis un long moment certainementLogement du dessus très bruyant tôt le matin et des travaux dans la rue dès 8h30 le matin c’est dommage. Deux jours de pluie sur les 3 , nous n’étions pas au bon endroit au bon moment.Mais nous reviendrons Logement"

Le logement est au 1er étage avec un accès facile par un large escalier. L’appartement est proche de la ville d’Aix les bains en voiture. Logement à recommander pour un court ou long séjour."

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, des petites vacances très réussies. Nos hôtes ont été extrêmement gentils et prévenants, discrets et toujours à l'écoute. Nous avons aussi pu profiter de leurs conseils pour nos visites, impeccable. La location est très bien agencée, très propre et au frais en été.
