The main living level also features the primary bedroom which is furnished with a king-sized bed and includes an en-suite bathroom and shares access to the backyard. You will enjoy the upscale touches, dual vanity, walk in shower, and large walk-in closet offered by the primary suite.

Upstairs you will find a bonus living room and kitchen area that adds to the space and comfort of this house. This additional living space features a queen en-suite as well as a queen sleeper sofa that can be easily converted in the evenings to afford another sleeping area for guests. Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals with a minimum of 3-night stays in summer, and minimum of 2-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Bunk Bed (twin over twin), 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking in the driveway for 5-6 cars depending on the size of the vehicles. Garage parking for golf carts only.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.  

Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats or Trailers, Grills. Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the front of the home facing the driveway and one in the rear of the home that faces outward from the back door.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
