We’re so glad you’re here! Our peaceful, sparkling-clean condo is just steps from both the beach and the pool—perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway. Start your mornings with coffee on the private balcony overlooking the pool, and unwind in the evenings with the soothing sound of the ocean in the background.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable living space, a fully stocked brand-new kitchen, and a cozy primary bedroom designed to help you relax after a day in the sun.

The location truly can’t be beat—situated right across from the beach and just a short walk to Freeman Park, you’ll have easy access to everything Carolina Beach has to offer. Take a quick stroll to the North Pier and enjoy a burger or refreshing drink while soaking in the ocean views.

Easy Beach Access

Great news! The Sea Oats Lane beach access has reopened following beach restoration efforts. You’re just a short walk from your front door to the sand.

You’ll also find nearby access points at:
• Salt Marsh Beach Access (north)
• Sand Fiddler Lane Access (south)

All options are conveniently located and make beach days effortless.

As our guest, you’ll have full access to the condo and amenities, including:

Flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom with cable and high-speed WiFi

Pool access (code provided)

Two parking passes (covered parking first-come, first-served + overflow lot available)

Laundry access available upon request for stays of 5+ nights
