Steps from the Beach, Stunning View, Newly Remodeled, +AC

1 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. This beautifully remodeled one bedroom condo is at Kiahuna Plantation, the only beach-front condominiums on Poipu Beach, located on the sunny side of Kauai. The condo complex is situated directly on the beach among 35 acres of tropical paradise.

Unit 54 is in a perfect location; less than a 2-minute walk to two different beaches, it faces the Royal Garden and Twin Bridges with expansive scenery of tropical gardens. Located away from Poipu Rd so you won’t hear any road noise, just the sounds of paradise. Listen to the birds and swaying palm trees on your private lanai, watch beautiful sunrises in the morning, and stunning sunsets and stars in the evening.

We are members of the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Our guests have full access to the club including the pool with slide, sand-bottom pool for the kids, tennis courts, poolside grill and bar, and workout equipment at no extra charge. We also offer free high-speed internet, a fully stocked kitchen, king size bed, large flat screen TV, and BBQ grills right next to the building. There are also many restaurants and golf courses within walking distance.
The Garden Island of Kauai is a nature lovers dream! Only 2 miles away is Spouting Horn, a natural blowhole along the Pacific that spouts water 50 feet or more into the air. Also nearby is scenic Waimea Canyon, the Grand Canyon of the Pacific, where you can take in the views of the colorful canyon and the Na Pali coast. There are many places to snorkel, kayak, and surf on the island. As well as numerous hiking trails and waterfalls throughout the island. Whale-watch is from December-April. Or you can just relax on the beach listening to the waves.

Our stay was a bit unconventional as there was a power outage to the building this unit was in during our stay. We weren’t able to stay in this exact condo, but the owner, Amanda, notified us right away before our stay and lined up other accomodations in the same complex. She still let us use her condo to borrow beach chairs and accessories. It was beautiful and in a great location, right by laundry and so close to the beach! Amanda was very helpful during the entire stay and made sure we had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone!

Amanda keeps the place super clean. We loved all the beautiful decor and the grounds are so beautiful. Easy walk to the beach to see turtles. Many restaurants in walking distance as well as BBQ’s to use. We had a fantastic 4 days here and would definitely recommend and return. The AC in the place was awesome as well. Lovely condo, close to beach, great host

We loved our stay in this condo. Poipu was a wonderful location. We were able to walk to most everywhere we wanted to go. The location was very convenient. We had everything we needed in the condo. The host was very responsive. We will have great memories from this place.

Perfect Condo

I was solo on vacay and this property was perfectly priced. Super clean and comfortable. The condo is decorated with relaxation in mind. It had everything I needed for comfortable, safe stay. Access to a pristine beach is only a few minutes walk. There is a small shopping center across the with street with local vendors, cafes, and coffee. The property description is accurate, and the owner quickly answers every question asked. You can’t go wrong booking from this owner.

Wonderful Stay at Kiahuna Plantation

My husband and I stayed in April 2025 and had a wonderful time. We have stayed at the Kiahuna Plantation Resort several times in previous years, and this was the best experience that we had with a property manager. Amanda was so accommodating and answered every question that we had promptly. She was able to give us access to the property a little early and checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. The room was clean and looked exactly how it is pictured in the listing. The location of this unit is perfect. It is a quick walk next door to the Marriott if you want to grab food at their pool bar, and a quick walk to the great lawn and Kiahuna Beach. We will absolutely stay here again!

LOVED OUR STAY

This condo was spotless. The location was so convenient to get to all of our planned activities on the south and west coasts. The kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony had a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable. We LOVED our stay here!

Relaxing holiday

We had a wonderful stay, Amanda has furnished the unit with everything you would need and the air conditioning was a sleep saver on warm nights. The view from the unit of a beautiful monkey pod tree and afterglow at sunset was enjoyed. Amanda was responsive and easy to communicate with. We have stayed in multiple units at Kiahuna Plantation and this unit has to be our favorite. A great holiday all around.

Great Condo for our Kauai Trip

Very comfortable stay in a well-located condo

We enjoyed our stay in this cute and comfortable condo! We walked to restaurants, the beach and the athletic club/pool complex. Be sure to watch the turtles swim into Poipu beach right around sunset!! Monk seals were making their way to shore in front of the Marriott at about the same time!! We would definitely stay in this unit again. The owners were great at communication as well!!

54 Kiahuna was perfect for the two of us! We could walk to the beach in minutes. Great location for exploring Kauai. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby! Mahalo Amanda for sharing your home away from home with us!

This property is in good condition with a fully equipped kitchen, a nice sized living and dining area, and a king bedroom within about 2 blocks distance to a beautiful beach. Know that the view is an outdoor green space of lawn, landscaping and other units out of the rear as it is a center unit (no side or front windows) on the 2nd floor. Laundry is down the stairs and across the parking area. Close to shopping. Owner was friendly and responsive to our communications. Getting into the unit was a breeze. Follow the path 2 minutes to the beach for amazing sunsets!

Excellent way to end a long trip

We stayed here after several days camping in Kokee State Park and couldn't have been happier. Property was exactly as listed, clean, and very comfortable. Amanda was helpful and quick to respond; she was even able to accommodate a last minute request for an early check-in.

Peaceful Paradise

We really loved the condo and the Kiahuna Plantation in general. It's a perfect place for two people if you're looking for quiet, great access to everything, A/C, a full kitchen, and an amazing view. That tree!! The Kiahuna Plantation property is lovely and their beach is close and convenient with everything you need; the pool at the Poipu Athletic Club was easy too. We stayed for a week, and checked out other nearby places for "next time" . . . We couldn't find anything we liked better, so will try for this same condo as soon as we can.

Accessible and Chill

My husband and I had a great stay here as our last stop before (sadly) heading back home! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was a really nice treat having air conditioning for getting a deep sleep at night - but the rest of the time we didn't need it, and kept it turned off in favor of the breeze! The space had everything we needed and we loved morning coffee on the balcony with little Hawaiian treats! The location is a an easy walk to the main beaches and amenities of Poipu as well as a quick drive to Waimea Canyon for day hiking (or just awesome lookouts!) The building is in a nice and quiet development that was a calm end to the adventuresome hiking portions of our visit. The unit is across the way from a laundry facility - which was wonderfully convenient for us as well. Finally - we had a couple of questions for Maddy (the onsite contact) during our stay, and she was wonderfully responsive and so kind. We are so grateful for such a lovely end to a magical trip. Mahalo again, Maddy!

Amazing sun sets family fun

Property was awesome. Hide bed not suitable for adults springs when rolling over very noisy. There was no indication about laundry and cleaning service whether there was a service coming in or you did your own. There was a lack of cleaning supplies for a two week stay we bought floor cleaners. The place itself was awesome and we would stay again.

Best Condo Ever!!!

This was a perfect place to stay for my husband and I. The condo was super comfortable and adorable. The location was was awesome with the laundry and beach access right outside of our door. The grounds at the Kiahuna Plantation are beautiful. The complex is very large with huge grass lawns and very well kept. Amanda is an outstanding host and was very easy to communicate with. You will not be disappointed if you rent her condo. We were sad to leave but hope to come back.

A great place to stay in paradise

The kiahuna is one of the earliest places in this area (we went on our honeymoon there over 30y ago) but holds up well. The units have been maintained ( this one had ac) and the beach access, and walkable distance to other beaches and restaurants is great. Nice to have the kitchen and lanai as well as plentiful open parking near the unit.
