"Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. One thing to be aware of before booking is that this condo does not have air conditioning. That was my oversight when booking, but I didn’t realize the evenings would get warm enough to make sleeping uncomfortable. "Best thing about this place is location. Very close to beach and strip mall right across from this resort property. Few things which were disappointing was the noise from the wild chickens that wander the property. They started making noise every morning at round 3AM. They are loud and I had to put on my noise cancellation headphones to get back to sleep. "One of the best condos we have ever rented! This condo is perfect for families with young kids. It was incredibly well stocked, beach gear, kitchen supplies, etc. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but there is plenty of parking at all of the beaches. There’s a great shopping center with restaurants that’s an easy walk, and the condo is located right across from the pool, which was so convenient. The condo complex is very nice and safe. "The property we stayed at was perfect for our week in Kauai. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals, easily walk to the beach, and it was quiet.
