Welcome to our spacious 1-bedroom residence boasting a tranquil garden, a refreshing pool, and picturesque lanais offering partial views of the mesmerizing ocean.



The Space:

The bedroom is equipped with a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay.



Indulge in the latest entertainment with a 50” HD TV thoughtfully placed in the living room and an additional 32” HD TV in the bedroom for your utmost convenience and enjoyment.



For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the laundry room on the first floor, accessible between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm, so you can keep your belongings fresh and clean throughout your stay.



PLEASE NOTE THAT AS OF Fall 2023 there is no A/C in the unit. Over the next 1-2 years this will be installed. When booking inquire whether A/C will be in place when you make your reservation. Assume that it will not be unless we tell you otherwise.

Getting Around:

If you intend on staying in the immediate area you may not need a car. If you would like to explore the island a rental car is advisable unless you plan on using guided tours as your transportation around the island. If yes then you should plan on taking a taxi or ride share (Uber, Lyft, etc.) to / from the resort.

8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Sunday - Wednesday)

8:00 am to 10:00 pm (Thursday - Saturday)

Please note that this is the latest time for check-in. Unfortunately, if you try to check in later than this, it will not be possible.



To help ensure a smooth, secure, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following important information before booking:



Check-In & Identity Verification Policy



All reservations require the primary guest (the booker) to complete a secure online check-in process prior to arrival. This includes:



-Uploading a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID

-Uploading a selfie to confirm identity

-Reviewing and signing our rental agreement



This process is similar to hotel check-in and is required because we do not typically have staff on site. Check-in instructions will only be provided once this process is complete.



If you would like to review the rental agreement before booking, please feel free to contact us.



In some cases, we may also request a security deposit and/or apply a damage waiver fee in accordance with booking channel policies.



Guest Count & Occupancy Policy



Each listing includes a maximum number of guests based on unit type and local regulations. Additional guests are welcome for an added nightly fee:



-Studios & 1 bedroom units: $20 per guest, per night after 2 guests



Please ensure your guest count is entered accurately at booking. We will confirm the number of guests after reservation. If the guest count changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. For safety and compliance purposes, exterior security cameras are used to verify occupancy. Unreported additional guests may result in additional charges.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy



Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. If approved, the following fees apply:



-Up to 1 hour: $50

-1–2 hours: $100

-2–3 hours: $150

-3+ hours: $200 or the cost of an additional night (whichever is greater)



Please do not assume availability without confirmation.



Special Request Policy



Requests for items such as pack-n-plays, high chairs, or other non-standard amenities should be submitted at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. Requests made closer to arrival will be accommodated if possible but cannot be guaranteed.



SMOKING



Lawai Beach Resort only allows the use of tobacco and e-cigarettes in designated areas of the property. Please refrain from smoking within twenty (20) feet of our buildings, in the units and our activity areas including pools, tennis court, mini-golf and Rooftop center.



We are also a Drug-Free resort. Please DO NOT smoke marijuana or use any other drug on our property. Though you may have a medical card for use of marijuana, we ask that you refrain from use while enjoying your vacation with us.
