"Great place to relax and get off grid"

"The property is absolutely amazing. So peaceful! We sat on the little patio and listened to nature both evenings. Even got to hear the donkeys nicker a couple times. We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private. We had everything we needed. Very roomy home. Close and easy 15 minute to where we were going in Knoxville. Would absolutely...

"Great cottage with all the amenities of home. Very clean. Location is close to all attractions, yet hidden away on its own little private of wooded property. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose. The host is very prompt with responses and ready to answer any questions ! Would highly recommend!"

"We always take a trip with our besties & found that january & February are the best times time go. This was a cute cottage in a small cul-de-sac if you wanna call it. Quiet neighborhood. Just enough away from the noise of town but you could walk if you wanted to. The house was clean, just as described on the listing & hosts were quick to respond to any questions. "Beautiful spot and beautiful home! Super well appointed cozy and relaxing. Responsive and helpful host on site, but separate house. Close to UTK. Stayed here before move in at the university. Left car packed with roof rack and basket on tow hitch overnight. Private secluded parking. Wished we stayed longer! The host even gave us tomatoes from her garden, which were delicious! Highly recommend!"
