All six bedrooms include high-end mattresses. Two of the king en suites offer flat screen LCD TVs with cable, while the other bedrooms include TVs with Roku and Blu-ray players. An elevator is accessible to all levels inside, an outstanding convenience to have while on vacation! There is a small flight of stairs to gain entry. Enjoy state-of-the-art electronics and home theater systems throughout the house, including an outdoor sound system at the pool level and another system on the top deck. Family will love the convenience of the private oceanfront pool and hot tub. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, watching the sun rise over the ocean. For your convenience, this home provides sheets and towels.

Private pool available from the second week of April to the third week of October. The pool size is approximately 16’ x 24’. Optional pool heat is available for $400/week. All guests will receive FREE pool heat in 2026 (April through October)!

Ground Level: King en suite, bedroom with 2 pyramid bunk beds (double on bottom/twin on top), full hall bath, well-appointed recreation room with a wet bar, refrigerator, kitchenette, freestanding ice maker, and a pool table, door to the professionally landscaped pool area, back with a 8-person hot tub, as well as a picnic area where you can enjoy your favorite beverage.

Mid Level: 4 king en suites, 2 of which are oceanfront.

Top Level: Large open living area, spacious, fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with beautiful tile and top-of-the-line appliances featuring double ovens, 2 dishwashers, 1 refrigerator with water filter and ice maker, and microwave. Bonus kitchenette area with a wine captain and freestanding ice maker. Dining for 14. Media room featuring an 80-inch LCD 1080p TV with a premium surround sound, HD cable and Blu-ray player as well as a collection of Blu-ray DVDs. Hall half bath.
