"This was our first family vacation in 10 years and I will say it was amazing. The house was perfect. Steps away from the beach. When you look at the listing you never know what you are going to get but I will say everything stated was there. We cooked in every night and had plenty of cookware. Kitchen was fully stocked!! We had 2 little ones with us and it was perfect being so close to the beach and the rooms worked out great for us. The table fitted all of us so dinners and family game night...

"This home is in the ideal location! Walking distance to the beach AND the Duck Boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. Magnificent views from the top deck. Pool area is a great gathering spot- day and night. The screened in porch was perfect as we had many rainy periods. Our group had 10 adults ages 18-58. Thos home has enough space for everyone to have some privacy and the common areas were large enough for all 10 of us to talk, eat, pkay games, and laugh. The kitchenutensils, pots, pans, storage...

"We last stayed here 2 years ago and our return trip this year was just as good. The house is clean and well stocked. The location is the best part of the house. It is super quiet and away from the over crowded areas. Very easy walk to the beach."

"You just can't ask for anything better! The location, the view, the house, the beds, the beach, the sunrise, the dolphins, the property manager...all 5 star! One morning we saw 70 dolphins swim past us over a 2 hour period. We saw dolphins on 5 of the 7 days. Sunrise, morning coffee and baby dolphins putting on a show. How could you ask for more? Plus we found many great restaurants. I can't wait to go back! "
