Guests with mobility issues can use the elevator that provides access to all floors. When you arrive, skip the stairs and us it to send luggage and groceries to the upper levels.

Even the four-legged members of your tribe can join you at this dog-friendly retreat. The mid-level includes four additional ensuite bedrooms, all of which have deck access for effortless indoor/outdoor flow. There's also a den with diner-style booth seating and a wet bar with additional full-size fridge. Downstairs, the ground level is dedicated to fun and recreation. Host a movie night in the media room with tiered seating and a massive screen for an authentic theater experience without leaving the house. A large game room is furnished with a pool table and foosball table for hours of indoor entertainment. Keep up your fitness routine in the adjoining room with exercise equipment. Just outside, the backyard will be the hub of your family vacation. After a day at the beach, come home and splash in the 26' x 13' private pool, or challenge family and friends to a tournament on the volleyball court. Guests can walk to the Trout Run beach access in a matter of minutes using the footpath from the backyard to Ocean Blvd. Bohemian Breeze is conveniently located in central Southern Shores, so you'll be just a short drive from both downtown Duck and Kitty Hawk.
