From the night check in staff to the lovely hostess at our breakfast to the dear gentleman serving us drinks n dinner at the bar, each one was so friendly and gave us great service. I am extremely happy I chose to come here. The rooms were of course huge and clean and luxurious but I absolutely loved the staff! "

Jántar muito bom, mas comemos carne e foi bem salgado .Como iríamos pegar a balsa muito cedo para islay e não daria tempo de tomar o café da manhã , arrumaram gentilmente uma pequena marmita para tomarmos o café na balsa. "Had a great stay this weekend. The facilities are great. The restaurant and bar staff are excellent and very helpful and efficient. The food was good. The night porter also assisted with pick up and drop off from the lodges to the restaurant on Friday as it was very wet so that was appreciated. Only a couple of things that could be improved, the bed in the standard room is a small double so I felt like I was going to fall out. "We had an amazing stay at Glass Island B&B. Sharon was incredibly welcoming and gave us great local recommendations, really going out of her way to make everything perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic — fresh, high-quality and beautifully prepared. The whole place is stunning and the service was outstanding. "This is possibly the most charming hotels and place I can remember staying. It’s an old building in a harsh Scottish environment and that is part of its charm. If you want pristine decoration it’s not for you. If you want excellent hospitality, fantastic staff and walls full of the owner’s original art, go. Walk the Crinan trail - the view from the viewpoint is one of the best on a clear day (it is a steep walk though). A genuine Scottish gem."

"Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting"
