THE CHAMPION of Blue Mountain is in SAUGERTIES - close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, beaches, shopping and nightlife. It is located in a peaceful country setting on protected land. This vintage 1960 Champion mobile home is freshly renovated with modern comforts. It has good light, a brand new comfy bed, a cheerful kitchen, a built on enclosed porch with screened windows plus beautiful views of the woods, a stream and a pond. Deer, wild turkeys, hummingbirds and other wildlife may visit the property too! A great getaway space for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. It is located in the Blue Mountain part of SAUGERTIES just a few minutes from the village and is about 15 minutes from WOODSTOCK, KINGSTON, HUDSON, CATSKILL as well as being close to many special HUDSON VALLEY attractions and activities. THE CHAMPION is near OPUS 40, New World Home Cooking restaurant, The Catskill Animal Sanctuary, The Woodstock Museum, George J Terpening Sr. Memorial Park, and other popular area attractions. It's a wonderfully romantic and fun place to stay that has internet access, super fast WIFI, Netflix/Roku and a DVD player. Coffee maker and coffee are included also. The spacious porch is an added bonus for watching the horses, relaxing with your favorite beverage and for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. The place is recently redecorated in Modern/Contemporary style with new appliances. All bedding is new and is covered in new hypo-allergenic cases including mattress, box spring and second bed. Easy access to The Garlic Festival, The East Durham Irish Festival, The Woodstock Farmer's Market, The Strawberry Festival, The Catskill Farmer's Market, The Taste of Country Music Festival, The Mountain Jam, Maverick Concerts and H.I.T.S. on-the-Hudson. Centrally located for destinations in Ulster and Greene counties as well as Dutchess, Orange and Columbia counties. The perfect setting for lovely Spring greenery, gorgeous Summer flowers and spectacular Autumn foliage! THE CHAMPION is close to everywhere that you want to be! (We cannot accept any reservations that begin on a Sunday as we have no housekeeping services on Sundays.) Living room couch folds out as another sleeping space. Extra linens provided upon request to use the second bed for an extra charge of $20 per set up. The Champion is not disabled and wheelchair-accessible. About ANIMALS: The hosts suffer from severe animal allergies. We often clean the space for guests and we frequently use the place ourselves. As such, we can only welcome human guests to our house to preserve our own good health. Regrettably, we will not be able to accept any reservations which include pets or animals because these animal allergies are a health and safety hazard for us as and can cause us to suffer serious, long term health issues.-No reservations with a check-in on a Sunday will be accepted.  - Not suitable for hunters, sportsman and fisherman.- No smoking inside or on the porch. Smoking outside only.-QUIET HOURS are between 10PM and 8AM.-Do NOT walk around the property or into the woods. Please stay in the immediate area of The Champion.-Local laws prohibit parking on the street, please use driveway for vehicles.-Due to severe allergies, we cannot accept reservations with animals. The property is protected and monitored by the EPA and other agencies. No dogs (or other animals) are allowed to be walked on the property or in the neighborhood. Any pollution by animal waste or anything else is strictly forbidden on and near the property as the local streams feed the local reservoir.
