This was our second time at Autocamp and we wanted to give it another shot because we feel like there is a lot of potential there and also because it is very dog friendly. The first time we went it was there first winter after opening and the heater in our room was not working and they upgraded us to another room that also did not have the heat working. They apologized and said they needed to further winterize the rooms. So we gave them another shot this year but at check in things already were not going well. Check in was late because apparently they had a big group that checked out that day and housekeeping was behind on getting the rooms ready. I was uneasy hearing that because I was scared that the rooms would not be properly cleaned since they were rushing to get it done and a lot of people were waiting to check in. When we got to the room everything seemed fine until we went to lay down in the bed and there was a hair under the pillow and what seemed like crumbs under the comforter all over the bed. Clearly the sheets had not been changed so I contacted the front desk for new bedding. When they came they only provided new pillows and two thick grey blankets, but no new bed lining. It was the middle of a very big snow storm so I felt bad making the housekeeping come back out into the snow to bring more bedding so we made due with the two grey blankets. The next day I went to the front desk to get the bedding, so this will be the last time visiting Autocamp.
