A long, private concrete driveway and additional parking lot for multiple vehicles and/or trailers, a boat ramp just one street over, fenced backyard down to the waterfront, fully-equipped modern kitchen with an island/bar (seating for 6), large dining table (seating for 8), game table (seating for 4), adjacent living area, WI-FI, Hulu + Live TV with Disney+, ESPN+ and five bedrooms.


Outdoor living space has a covered patio right off the dining area. Three picnic tables, abundant outdoor seating, ceiling fans and portable bluetooth speaker.

The lower patio surrounding the private pool has lounge chairs for sunbathing and built-in fire-pit for roasting smores .
The 10,000 gallon pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned, maintained and inspected before each rental. Pool and hot tub can be lit for evening use or for ambience.

To monitor trespassing or theft at the boat dock, two exterior security cameras are mounted on the dock roof corners and survey the boat lifts, double jet-ski lift, dock and water trampoline. While these will never be actively monitored during a guest’s stay to protect the guest’s privacy, the homeowner may review recordings under certain cases.
