This serene, newly built lake house is perfect for multiple families, friends, or even a long-term stay. From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted by awe-inspiring views of the lake, and a sense of calm will instantly set in.

City Escape is near family-friendly restaurants, pizzerias, shopping, coffee shops all within walking distance of the house. Boat Town, famous for live music, incredible burgers and pizza, and a Texas-sized bar and just pure fun, is a 5-minute WALK from the house. Another bonus is H-E-B, Texasā€™s biggest grocery store chain is less Ā½ mile from the house. Steps from the driveway is a 1-mile paved walking trail that shows native wildflowers and leads you to a school playground open on weekends and all summer long.

Relax in Adirondack chairs by the custom fire pit, fish from the dock, experience the stunning sunrises and sunsets over the lake, or rent a boat and explore the water.

Bring your own boat or water toys, or rent them through Splash Boat Rental (book in advance during the summer season). They will deliver right to our dock, making it easy for you to enjoy throughout your vacation.

OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE
City Escape is all you could hope for on a lakefront getaway! With 1/3 of an acre, it provides a HUGE lake front yard area for all of your activities. Cornhole in the fall, football in the winter, washers in the spring, & lakeside picnics in the summer! The property opens to the lake on one of the best stretches of water on Lake LBJ.

The location on the lake offers the perfect place to drop in your fishing poles or relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors- whether you enjoy the sky changing colors at sunset, reflections off the lake, stargazing, or birdwatching, City Escape, inside and out, is the perfect place to get away and soak in life at the lake!

Please inquire about the specs for the boat lift and Jetski lift. The water is very active in this part of the lake and a lift is required.

This single-story home is ADA compliant, with large hallways, door frames, and hardwood floors, easy for wheelchairs (and strollers too) to wheel throughout. We are delighted to recommend services like personal massages and recommend nearby excursions to vineyards, hill country, concert venues, nighttime BOW fishing and so much more.

There is space for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Trailers can be parked in the driveway. Please do not park on the grass.

While the house was cute and clean....you will NOT have access to the garage where they advertise ping pong and air hockey in multiple pictures. Also, there is only ONE, not TWO boat slips available for use and they are not as shown in the picture. They also did not provide linens for the pull out couch.

2024 Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time on the lake skiing and tubing. The location was close to the loading dock and having a boat slip for the boat was very handy. The house was very clean and well stocked. Thanks!

Fisherman's Paradise

Chose this spot based on it's beauty and the fact that my husband brought his boat and intended to fish most of the time. The host was amazing!!! We preferred a "regular" coffee pot (old school) and he immediately brought us a new machine. The house was beautiful and accommodating. Would go back in a minute.

Our weekend

Hi there. We absolutely LOVED this property! The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of the water. It looks so pretty in the pictures, but we didn't know that there would be thick weeds to swim through to find a spot in the water that didn't have this problem. We ended up renting a mat so that we could put our cooler and one of our more squeamish friends on it. šŸ˜¬ Swimming though it would have been okay if it opened up to a large space without the weeds, but they were everywhere and were scratchy/painful to swim through. If we had known, we would have prepared a little better with more mats for all of us to float on or chosen another property because the floating in the water all day aspect is the main reason we do these get aways. Other than that, it was great. We were super impressed with all of the nice appliances - especially the oven! Thank you!

Spectacular House

Wow! We had an amazing time during our stay in Kingsland in this house. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is an extra luxury during a vacation. Decorations and style of the house was beautiful. Lots of space and comfortable. Location was great, shops and restaurants were a very short drive. Suggestions: - Garage needs a/c because we were not able to use the games (ping pong and air hockey tables) due to the extreme hot weather and it been so hot inside. We didnā€™t missed it, but itā€™s a nice choice to have available for kids. - House providing some water toys (like kayaks or paddle boards) included, even with extra charge, so we have even more activities available. Thank you for everything, we loved our vacation here and will definitely go back soon. Yk

Luxury Waterfront Retreat

Enjoyed this beautiful venue with family and aging parents. Notwithstanding gorgeous views and easy water access, the home itself was very comfortable with modern appeal and ammentites to support all our activities from late night card games, outdoor cooking, swimming and night sky gazing. We enjoyed every minute in this beautiful home!

Perfect lake house for a quick relaxing get away with family and friends. We had 2 families in the home and it was very comfortable and spacious for 9 people. It was clean and had plenty of towels and tp. Beds are super comfy! The view is breathtaking! Definitely recommend!

Perfection!

This rental was everything and more. The location was perfect and interior was a dream! It didnā€™t feel like I was only an hour from home and was the best weekend getaway with friends! The water was great for swimming, temp, depth and being right there was so perfect. The house came with a lily pad float and other floatys which was an added unexpected bonus. Could not recommend more and canā€™t wait to come back!!

The view of the fireworks from this property was amazing it was directly across the river from this house the only downside about the property was the canal was full of moss and stagnant water the boat lifts werenā€™t fully functional unfortunately but other than that Iā€™d recommend staying here!

Nice location

We had 7 people; my husband and myself, my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, step daughter, her husband and their 4 month old baby. The house was fine. I had problems with the service of housekeeping. The house has 3 bathrooms and the only tp in the house was a partial roll in each bathroom. We didnā€™t realize there wasnā€™t any extra until we ran out. I contacted the rental agency and was told I received an email with instructions that stated we only get a ā€œstarter kitā€ and we have to supply other items. I responded that I did not receive that email and could they resend it. They then apologized and said they had our rental confused with others and we should have extra tp so they would send housekeeping over with some. We had already driven to Walmart and purchased some but they did bring some. Then 5 days after checkout they sent me an email saying there were ā€œmissing itemsā€ from the garage and I was being charged over $500 for 2 missing fishing reels! Not the whole poles, just the reels. I contacted them and said we did not take anything from the house! After much discussion between them, my husband and myself we have not been charged. Iā€™m not sure how you prove that you did not take something but I would be very careful renting from them. Overall the house was nice but the experience was not.

Great Location

House was great! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine. It was very clean and had everything you would need. There were 6 of us, and we had plenty of room. Being right on the river was great! Kids were able to fish right there. It had a fire pit, which we were looking forward to using. However, there was a fire ban. We didnā€™t think about checking that out beforehand. We now know.:) The house was in a great location- close to local restaurants, Inks State Park and Longhorn Caverns. Only a short drive to Marble Falls, Spicewood and Enchanted Rock.
