"Location was okay. No Wineries or Shopping very close to Actual Place. Very quite which was Very Nice. Unit was Clean."

"Not a bad spot at all. Kinda small for anyone bringing more than five people. The neighbors in front don’t like the fact it is being rented out. If you don’t mind glares or the occasional lawn being mowed while relaxing outside, it’s a good spot. The other residents around are super nice and allow you to use their deck for fishing and swimming. The surrounding area is nice. Really close to a grocery store."

"This cottage was immaculate, and cozy. Perfect for our stay near hiking. It's also very close to many of the wineries. About 30 minutes from Del Lago and 20 from Watkins Glen. Description didn't mention it but there is a tv, which was nice when we got back and wanted to rest our tired feet."

"Nice quaint cottages in the countryside of Ovid, NY. Close to wineries. You will need to bring paper plates, bowls, etc. if you plan on eating at the cottage. Cottage was clean and host would quickly respond to any questions."

If this is what you are looking for you won't regret staying here.Nice architecture and custom carpentry.Midway between Lakes Cuyuga and Seneca for vineyards and other attractions.Description lists three person max but it is more suitable for two.We were there in summer but would be nice to take advantage of wood burning stove in colder months.We would rent again when in the area."

"Location, comfort, peace and quiet. We enjoyed our stay at Timber 1 so much. Host extremely attentive and helpful with area attractions and wineries. Cute cottage near lots of wineries and restaurants. No need to go to Watkins Glen. We can’t wait to return."
