"We have been staying at a lot of hotels this summer for baseball And I try to get name brand as in Fairfield inn by Marriott if I possible,well not this one Room was so stagnant and ac filters may have been cleaned a yr ago ,room looked like it was cleaned quickly,found a empty jar of weed gummies by the couch,ran out of hot water both mornings,hallways and lobby were so hot and wasn’t even that hot outside, I usually only leave reviews if it’s a great place to stay It was still better than...

"Quiet location about three miles from Cornell. Easy parking. Ev chargers on site for a fee. Laundromat down the road if you need to do laundry. Good value."

"The photos online are not representative of present condition of the property. Tub backed up terribly. Carpet and seating area had major stains. Bedding looked like it might not have been changed, after last room rental. There were several hairs in the bedding when pulling back sheets. Luckily, there was a second bed that seemed better. Add to that, the towels were clearly years old. One had a hole and loose threads hanging off of it. Overall, even for a budget motel, very underwhelming....

"I would like to sincerely thank everyone who is part of the staff off Fairfield Inn & Suites Ithaca, NY, for over 18 days of accommodation I was met by the team led by Mrs. Patti DeMont - General Manager - with courtesy, friendliness, polite, acknowledging guests for name, all from the front desk, to the housekeeping and breakfast service. The hotel is very well located, close to Cornell University, with numerous eating options nearby, major retail chains, the airport (15 minutes), the lakes. It...

"A recent stay at this facility was terrible. They're redoing the heating system and the AC and you can't get your room any cooler than 70° we had it turned down to 60 and it was very uncomfortable for all. My friend had a medical problem it needed it cooler and they were unable to accommodate us. They also were not able to give us any credit back or make it"

"The property/inn was adequate for what we needed. The room was clean and we felt safe. The virtual check in kiosk was cumbersome to use and I missed having staff to assist. The ice machine was either empty or not working. The hallway had a broken kid’s necklace on the floor that was there the entire time we were there so I know it wasn’t vacuumed. And unfortunately police were present for problems in the parking lot three times which left uncomfortable. For the price I expected more."

"The property was beautiful! The room was updated and the bed was comfortable. The floors creaked at night when the people in the room above us came in late but that was the only issue. They only had a very light continental breakfast and no hot items but there was a good variety and some delightful Danish. We ate there one morning and chose to eat out the next morning for a full breakfast. Very nice and very friendly service!"

"Staff was friendly, parking was easy, and the room was clean and cool thanks to the AC. Other than that though, there wasn't much to this hotel. No patio or outdoor area to sit and relax, no restaurant, and the lobby area was small and not very inviting. The bathroom really needs shades, the sun was coming in hot and bright first thing in the morning in our east facing room."
