Ready for a beach vacation in paradise?!? Beach front complexes on the south shore of Maui are generally not this close to the shoreline and most are apartment zoned and may be subject to recent proposals to convert to longer term housing rentals. Nani Kai Hale is hotel zoned and NOT a part of the Minatoya list referred to in the media. In addition to the amazing location on Sugar Beach and panoramic views of the ocean, Maui Mountains and Kealia Pond, our condo has been beautifully upgraded and lovingly maintained to provide extra comfort and consideration for your needs. Nani Kai Hale 505 is the perfect romantic get-away for couples, but if you want to include the kids or friends, the sofa in the main living area pulls out to a bed with a Queen size mattress to accommodate up to two additional guests and the second full bath helps maintain privacy for occupants of the main bedroom. A well-appointed kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher makes preparing meals at home a great option after long days at the beach. Whisper quiet, remote controlled split A/C units and ceiling fans in the living area and bedroom will take the edge off the peak afternoon heat during summer months while allowing for open windows and sliding doors to cool you with fresh trade winds during our temperate mornings and evenings. The California King bed with high end mattress and linens create a comfortable environment for restful nights. Spend your days touring the island from our central location or stay at the condo and enjoy extra amenities we provide, including snorkel gear, boogie boards, yoga mats, games and premium cable channels on the 65" HD television. The condo comes stocked with paper towels, a new sponge, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry soap, beach chairs and coolers, towels, hair dryers in each bathroom and an iron with full size iron board. Both full bathrooms have safety bars. The master bath has a glass block walk in shower with separate dressing area. The second full bathroom has a large soaking tub and shower.

Not too big and not too small, Nani Kai Hale complex boasts 46 units with kind and helpful onsite managers as well as owners who live on island and can be reached night and day for questions or assistance. The complex has a beautifully maintained grass lawn with plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs that are steps away from the beach. You can also enjoy the heated pool and barbeque area, both located beachfront near the outdoor showers leading to the beach.

One of the unparalleled advantages of this property is access to whale watching from either our attached lanai or the beautifully maintained grounds of the Nani Kai Hale complex. Humpback whales migrate from Alaska throughout the late fall to give birth to calves in the warm, protected waters of Maui before beginning their journey back to Alaska during mid-spring. Another star attraction is Sugar Beach itself. Soft golden sand makes for an amazing morning beach walk. Kihei Canoe club is located to the south of us and visitors are welcome to join a guided morning paddle in an outrigger canoe for a fee.
