Right in the heart of all the fun, our tastefully remodeled ocean-view home shares the million-dollar location with Maui’s best beginner surf spot right across the street. Our condo neighbors all of the most popular shops and restaurants in Kihei, including Kalama Village, Kihei Caffé, Paia Fish Market, Three’s Bar & Grill, Lava Java, Fat Daddy’s Smokehouse, South Shore Tiki Lounge, Haui’s Life’s a Beach, Lava Rock Bar & Grill, and more. In addition, quick bites, food trucks, and a supermarket are all next door within very short walking distance.



- Looking for some fun? World-famous Maui Wave Riders Surf School is literally right next door. Learn to surf or rent a surfboard, SUP, or kayak and just go right across the street!

This condo is filled with love and well equipped to be your dream vacation home in Maui.



Cooling and sound control – The entire space is equipped with a powerful central AC system easily accessible through a 3rd generation nest thermostat. The Fleetwood Lanai sliders and E Glass windows in the kitchens & bedrooms efficiently insulate the cool and peaceful inside form the heat and noise on the beach and street.



Living space – Two bedrooms are equipped with 1 king-sized bed and 1 full-sized bed (separately) and stylish furnishings. All bathrooms are fully remodeled with floating vanity sinks. The kitchen is fully upgraded with high-end custom-built cabinetry, which is fully stocked for you to enjoy some quality cooking time.



Living style – Comfortable leather sectional couch in the living room. Designer paint and fully tiled wide plank style flooring throughout. Stylish Haiku L series fans are anchored to the vaulted ceilings in the living area and all bedrooms, with premium remotes, built-in LED lights and high-tech environmental sensors. Lutron dimmer lights are installed in all rooms, and the Cubiemini desktop power & USB charging hubs everywhere make it never easier to recharge your electronics.

Our cancellation policy is in place because we can only offer each night to one group of guests. It is strongly advised that you consider buying travel insurance to safeguard your reservation.

-The condo is on the second floor of the building. You will need to climb stairs to enjoy the amazing ocean view!

-Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and sand toys are provided for our guests use.

-The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $30 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 guests. Please indicate the correct number of guests on your reservation.

- Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine); Quiet hours between 10pm-8am

- NO smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.

- NO digital piracy

- NO shoes in the home.
