Nice and Quiet Spot.

my family and I had a really good experience at your condo. The place is really well kept and clean. Everything i needed was there from kitchen items to recreational items. Extra blankets and linen were nice and clean. The king bed and furnature in the condo was comfortable. The facility was nice, clean and really close to the beach. The pools were both very nice. And our host was nice and responded to my questions quickly. I would for sure stay here again.

This was a great experience. Our only disappointment was the pool area,and we were under the impression we had a ground floor unit, but were actually on the 3rd floor. Had a lovely stay, by all means,and were very impressed by no bug sightings whatsoever!

Perfect space for our familyā€”2 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 7). Two minute walk to Kamaole II beach. Very convenient locationā€”very short walk to restaurants and the ABC store. Tuesday evening all ages BINGO at Moose McGullicuddyā€™s restaurant/bar next door. When we werenā€™t playing at the beach, we swam in the pool. Beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and beach toys were available. Utilized washer and dryer unit, which included detergent. Highly recommend renting this unit! Thanks again!

An awesome stay in Maui

We love our stay here! Kihei is a very nice location with several restaurants and shops in walking distance, and the Kam II beach right across the street. The apartment was very nice and comfy, and have everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

The place was just as advertised. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas and cooler. We never had a car but used the city buses.It was free if over 65 with ID. We enjoyed the pools and the beach that is just across the street. You have to travel about a block till you get to the main road because you are in building C. The condominium is loaded with signs about what not to do ā€œplease take of shoeā€ ā€œ donā€™t spray sun tan lotion in condominiumā€ ā€œ clean out lint trap after every loadā€. We never had any problems so never phoned owners. We didnā€™t try the AC it was cool enough if you left windows open.

A perfect spot for a perfect vacation! The proximity to the beaches, restaurants was a bonus. The grounds are lush and beautiful. We enjoyed the upper pool near building C/D, and the condo was appointed with everything we needed. All in all it was a wonderful stay!

Absolute recommentaion! The condo has everything what you need for a stay in Maui! A completely beach set for chilling the hole day at the beach. A perfect kitchen to cook dinner or make breakfast. And when you dont want to go to the des you can chill at the pool. We enjoyed our stay.

Checking in we found the sheets and towels werenā€™t the freshest, we washed them in provided washer and dryer. I wonder if the last guest didnā€™t wash them properly or if they were left wet for too long. There were also tiny ants that the owner dealt with (although a bit of an inconvenience). After that things were pretty great. The location is perfect. The beach is right across from the condominium complex. There are great restaurants (we loved the 808 deli and the gift/jewelry shop nearby) to walk to and many beautiful spots for snorkeling nearby with use of a car. The condo complex is well kept and the grounds are beautiful. I loved sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains and the grounds everyday. The rooms were spacious and kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the chairs and umbrellas!!

Everything you need!

I would say that we are fortunate to find this place. Itā€™s clean all over. The bathroom is perfect for me and my wife with lots of clean towels. The kitchen is just amazing with all the things you need to prepare a good meal. Internet is very fast. You donā€™t need to turn the aircon on with the screen doors and windows open the breeze coming from the ocean will make you want to go to sleep. I highly recommend this place.
