Maui Hill #J-113 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view corner unit on the ground floor. This unit provides our guests a luxury retreat of rest and relaxation. Everything is new, from the appliances and furniture to the kitchen utensils and linens! Maui Hill #J-113 features central air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wifi. Telephone service includes long distance calling to the continental US, Canada, and Mexico. Enjoy the convenience of this location just steps from the pool/spa and a quick stroll to dining and world-class beaches! Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.

Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

The resort features a swimming pool, barbecue grills, tennis, a putting green, and shuffleboard. Enjoy free parking, free wifi, and no resort fees. All suites come with fully-equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, and large lanais.

Great location, but...

This is our seventh trip to Maui, and this time, we decided to stay in Maui Hills. This vacation rental has pros and cons. Pros: Great location, nicely decorated, free coffee, beach towels, and chairs were provided. Cons: The property was not well cleaned (we spent an hour cleaning it when we checked in, primarily dust and hair on floors and furniture and kitchen countertop), huge cockroaches in addition to ants problem (be careful not to bring them as pets back home :). I do not think we will be staying here again.

Great Stay

Enjoyed our stay. Spacious accommodations with beautiful ocean views on relaxing lanai. Comfortable beds. This condo has all the kitchen amenities you will need for your stay. Nice pool area with several beaches close by. Tasty restaurants and farmer markets nearby. Private corner condo in well maintained complex. Parking to room is a bit of a trek with groceries and luggage but worth it. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

2024 stay

The bathrooms had not been cleaned other than a wipe down. The rugs in the master were full of long black hair and it was clear everything had been cleaned around rather than rugs taken out and washed and the floors fully washed. We love the property and will stay again next year but we did spend a. Couple of hours cleaning the bathrooms.

Fantastic Kihei Condo

This is an amazing condo. It has been totally renovated and tastefully decorated. Great kitchen and living area. It has a large lanai. The master suite is huge with its own private bath. The second bedroom is also very nice with an en-suite bathroom too. There is a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean right from the lanai. The grounds of the condo are well maintained and has a large swimming pool, hot tub and numerous activities (tennis, bocci, shuffleboard) and they let you use equipment to play the activities gratis! The condo staff are very helpful and friendly. Itā€™s actually closer to Wailea than downtown Kihei. So, lots of great restaurants and shopping is close by.

Family Vacation

Condo was perfect for our family of three 10 day visit in Maui. Perfect location, very close to Wailea and the beaches in South Maui. Condo had all the amenities we needed - great kitchen, patio with view of the ocean and two bedrooms. As others mentioned the birds were loud in the morning but eventually got used to them. We could also hear the group in the condo above us but manageable. Our son loved the pool when taking a break from the beach and we enjoyed many games of shuffle boat. Having a washer/dryer was another big bonus. Would definitely book this condo again.

This was not our first Maui trip but it was our first visit to the hill and we will absolutely be back. The staff at Maui Hill was so accommodating, the location is phenomenal. Thoroughly enjoyed our morning walks, pool and beach time and the views from our balcony. The unit was immaculate, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed 10/10

Bliss in Paradise!

We spent a week in this great 2 bedroom condo. It was my husband and I with our daughter and her husband. It was great that we loved that there were king beds in both bedrooms, along with in room bathrooms. There were good pots. pans and dishes in the kitchen so we could actually cook at home. The view was amazing, along with being close enough to town that we could walk in if we wanted to, but far enough away that you can leave without having to get stuck in bad traffic. Great location!

Girlfriend getaway

A great place to spend time with a bestie. We love this area of Kihei and this condo was a great find! Itā€™s beautiful, weā€™ll furnished and the lanai was a great place to have coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. It had everything we needed, nice beach chairs, a small cooler, and beach towels. The pool was nice and had shady areas if needed. We loved waking to birdsong in the morning! We did notice the sound of footsteps from the upstairs neighbors, they were very early risers, but that might be the case in all first floor condos. All in all a fabulous week, we hope to stay there again in the future. Mahalo!

Lanai was our favorite!

Would definitely recommend this home to others! While this home is remodeled and larger than some and designed great we did spend most of our time outdoors on the lanai. It has great views of ocean and upcountry and is large to accommodate four adults easily. We always had sun or shade spots to relax in the morning or evenings. Location was great for us as it is a nice walk to shops and restaurants in Kihei. Close to beach and parks (and marina if you need to access to ocean). Home was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It is true there are birds as others have stated but they didnā€™t start talking until after we were up and we found them enjoyable to watch and listen to. Nature, flowers and animals are all part of the great experience the island of Maui offers. Great stay! Thank you!

We loved our condo in Maui!

Beautifully decorated newly renovated space that felt so distinctively special and modern compared to other spaces we'd looked at. It was refreshing to come home to such a clean, modern, beautifully equipped space. Breakfasts on the lanai were especially lovely with the picture perfect views straight out to the ocean and up on the hills. We appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was with so much useful and nice dishware and glassware. Master bedroom and bath is luxurious and spacious with great design. Though the bathroom is beautiful, I fretted at no doors separating toilet from the rest of the space leaving no option for privacy. We were all family so it was ok, but something to keep in mind! Neither the birds nor the upstairs neighbors bothered me. I heard them but but I'm used to noises coming from an apartment in NYC so it wasn't a big deal. I wore earplugs to blunt any noise based on reviews. The location is perfectly located directly across the street from the beach that I'd read was best for whale watching and we did indeed get to see whales in the distance from the shore. Wonderful! Location was also very central and convenient to check out beaches, resorts, restaurants etc. My mom raved that the condo made the stay, and I agree. It was a great place to come home to every night and we were sad to leave. Would definitely love to come back and stay if we are in Maui again! Thank you for a great stay.
