The moment you open the door to this condo you are faced with the beautiful view of the Pacific! From the condo to the beach is maybe 30-40 feet! You are literally on the beach. Of all the trips we have had in Hawaii this was the best. Beautiful beach, quiet and relaxing. The condo is nicely appointed. We stayed with another couple and were very comfortable. Would definitely book this condo again!! Oh and a real bonus…it is air conditioned!

Fantastic spot

This unit is in the perfect spot. The beach is steps away; the grounds are meticulous. The kitchen is well stocked, but the entire unit is tired. The shower needs deep cleaning. The stove needs replacing as the controls cannot be read... they're rubbed off.

Great location

Great location, just outside of the typical resort area. I don't like to be in the middle of everything. Unit was clean, beds were comfy, had everything we needed, enjoyed using the beach chairs and cooler that are kept in the unit. Would have liked it better if the washer and dryer were in the unit. One of the TV remotes was missing so we couldn't log into any of our Netflix, Hulu, etc. could only watch cable. Door code I was given was incorrect but they answered when I called and sent me a new one right away. Code to the pool is also wrong but I think everyone at the resort had the same old code because everyone was just reaching over the gate to open it. Loved being steps from the beach and watching the canoers. Store and farmers market across the street were very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us

We loved our stay here. Centrally located on the island. Easy to find golf courses. Shopping. Site seeing. And beaches! Kitchen has everything you may need to prepare meals. Great size for our family of 4. Comfy beds. Amazing view. Lots of birds and geckos to watch. We loved it.

Graduation trip

This condo was centrally located and served us well for our stay. The condo A/C had some issues. The management company worked with us to accommodate the issue and provided remedies. The water at this location is not clear. That was disappointing but a short drive north or south revealed the clear turquoise waters that are associated with Maui.

This kitchen has a really bad ant issue. We had to buy extra ant traps and avoided cooking or using the dishwasher because of the ant issue, we have been to Maui 10 times and have never had this issue anywhere else we have stayed. The dishwasher was apparently broken and the management blamed us even though we never used it. I would choose somewhere else to stay, the beach here is okay but there are much more beautiful blue water beaches on other parts of the island, further south and also further north. The pool is also just okay, cold and no hot tub.

Peaceful location

Property was clean, besides a few small ants in the kitchen- which they had ant traps and monthly bug control. Very nice to have small laundry machines in unit. Enjoyed the views and would stay again.

Wonderful Vacation Property

This property is right on the beach and stunning views from the lanai. We had a few issues with the AC in the unit but management was very polite and professional and made it right quickly. Overall our stay was great and we would certainly rent this place again!

Review

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a great location on the beach with a beautiful view. Right across the street is a farmers market and convenient store. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. There is a little washer and dryer in the unit. Only thing that was bothersome were ants in the kitchen. We tried our best to keep the kitchen clean and our food sealed up. That helped keep the ants away.

Great location and awesome beach

We had a lovely stay. Washer and dryer in unit were super helpful. Well-equipped kitchen and everything was clean and comfy. Lovely, well-kept grounds with nice security guards. A great place for families or even a romantic getaway. Great fruit stand, bake shop and shave ice across the street. The area is nice and centrally located on the island.

Great mid island location

The property was pretty much as described. The check-in was done on line. I slept with my window open so I could hear the waves & it was wonderful. I was worried about the pool noise but no problem. We did have an issue with the lack of info on cable/tv operation. Christina prop manager had to send an email with instructions. Not much info on restaurants. Recommend Nalu's, they have good food &happy hour.

This property management accusing us

This condo very close to the beach u can walk few steps away. The place seems ok but has musty smelled inside the condo due to the molded they had on the wall nect to the AC vent on living room. The AC filtered very filthy. The floor where the entry way are very dirty I’m not sure if they mop that area. There’s a lot of tiny black ants all over the place. The king bed very uncomfortable it keeps making noise when u moves. The bed are old there’s are 2 humps in the middle it’s hard for us to sleep. The made made from coils spring. The property management accused us that we put cigarettes butts in the dryer. Accused my husband said that The property manager also mentioned a very unpleasant encounter with my husband using profanity towards others. First of all we never home. Our schedule are so tight. We on the go everyday from 6am to 8pm. Never see so talked to anyone. How can he profanity to others and do they know which guy is my husband? This is insane. When I asked the lady who emailed me described how my husband look a like and how do u know which one is which? ‘Cristina‘ never reply back and tell me who or how he look. I wrote this review just to let other people know and what they expect from this property #202

This property gave us everything we wanted: an ocean view, quiet evenings, whales in the distance, and all the amenities we would need. Will return in the near future to this awesome condo.

Nice and comfortable

The condo was comfortable and recently updated. Water view off the lanai was good and the grounds were nice. Location was casual. Only thing that could have improved was communication from building management. We went through a flash flood event and communication after that happened was minimal and could have improved.
