"The kitchen and bath both need updates. There is a throw rug in the kitchen that is filthy and needs to be replaced immediately. Location was good relative to beach access and was walkable within about ten to fifteen minutes. We experienced flying ants in the bathroom, (approx 40 -50 of them over the six days) and a few in the bedroom."

The proximity to the beach was very nice—it was a short, easy walk along the boardwalk right to the ocean. "Great stay. We loved overlooking the lagoon and the 18th hole. Spacious for 6 people and well stocked kitchen. I would share that both a Keurig and regular coffee maker are available. I would also note that it is a 2nd floor unit with 24 stairs for those who have mobility issues."
