Renovated Park Side Villa - convenient 1st floor

Escape to Kiawah Island and experience a wonderful island vacation that you won’t forget! This first floor Parkside villa is just a short walk from Kiawah’s pristine, private 10 mile long beach. This villa does not have access to a pool, but it is centrally located in the East Beach area of the island, and all of the island amenities are within easy reach!

This Parkside villa is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath coastal-living inspired space that you won't want to leave. Enjoy relaxing on the deck, in the screened-in porch or out the back door in Night Heron park.

This villa does not have access to a pool.

We look forward to sharing this renovated villa with your family. There were so many reasons we decided to buy this villa - the hardwood floors, white beadboard walls, being able to eat our meals out on the screened porch, the convenient location, the sink in the master bathroom, to name a few. It is a first floor villa, so it is easy to unload your car when you arrive.

I’ve been visiting Kiawah for 40+ years; ever since I was a young boy and the location of this property is as good as it gets. This well appointed villa has several conveniences and is just a short walk from the beach as well as the Kiawah convenience store and quick bite eatery, The Nest. It’s also a short drive from the private island’s restaurants, golf courses, The Sanctuary, Ryder Cup Bar & Grill, Fresh Fields, & other amenities. Plenty of room for a family and a very comfortable living space. The check in and check out process were simple and the host was easy to reach and accommodating to our needs with a very quick response. I would recommend renting this East Beach, Parkside condominium/villa without any hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality.

Family of four, including two teenagers, had a great experience with this unit. Great access to paths! Very quiet and secluded with a nice short walk to the beach. Very clean and well maintained. Good communication with owners. We were able to check in early after a long over night drive. We will be back!

We enjoyed our week here very much. Kitchen is very well stocked. Master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Twin beds in second bedroom are a bit small for adult guests, but comfortable. Great location! Hope to be able to rent again!

Property was as described and within short walk to beach, brought our bikes and rode around the island each day on the paved trails and walked the beach in the evening. Laid back vibe on the island and little to no crowds. Salty dog cafe was favorite restaurant within 15 min. Great location for a relaxing and quiet vacation.

I stayed at this property with my husband and 2 kids (7 & 8). The kids loved having the park and playground right out the back door. The beach is a short walk and is so beautiful and peaceful. The decor of this condo is very bright and cheery. It was exceptionally clean and met our needs perfectly. We found Susie to be very responsive and helpful and would be happy to work with her again on a future stay. I would definitely recommend this unit to others traveling to Kiawah.

We had a great time! The villa was perfect and exactly a sad described. Good layout, nice size living room, two separate bedrooms w own bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, great location just minutes from the beach! Susie responded promptly to all my inquiries and was always there to help and accommodate all our wishes. I can highly recommend it! Will definitely come back!

Loved this condo....the attention to detail was great. The nautical theme is carried throughout the condo and is lovely. The kitchen is updated with high end appliances and everywhere you look there is playful artwork. Super comfortable bed - good lighting thoroughout ; lovely indoor/outdoor porch and condo is close to the bike trials beween the east and west end beaches. Management was great to deal with and let us stay late since no one was checking in the day we left. Would def recommend this gem and plan on coming back again. Thanks for a great long weekend to celebrate our birthdays (we lauched our paddleboard and kayage at mingo point and had dolphins surrounding us on 2 different outings!! Magical

We spent a lovely & relaxing week at Kiawah Island. The property was perfect for a small family. Only thing I would say is that the spare bedroom beds were a little small for anyone 6 ft tall or taller. (Teen boy) Property photos described property perfectly! Susie was awesome in providing all the information I requested in a timely and accurate manner. We spent time in Charleston at the Beach and exploring the area. Unfortunately our weather wasn’t fantastic but this property & location provided so many opportunities for different types of activities the family had an Amazing time. Would definitely come back to this property again.

This is my 31st trip to Kiawah and this property is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. The villa was spotless and nicely furnished. The kitchen was perfect for making snacks or full meals for the family. The location in park side was easy access to the beach as well as all the other wonderful areas on the island. The check in process was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

The villa was perfect for our stay. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We enjoyed walking out the deck door to the park with great walking paths. We also enjoyed the screened in porch. If we ever find ourselves returning to Kiawah, we would absolutely rent this villa again.

We've stayed at a lot of properties on Kiawah, and this was easily one of our favorites. The villa has been renovated with updated kitchen, floors, etc. The The layout is excellent with a connected kitchen / dining area / living room area / screened in porch and deck with the bedrooms in the back so you can still watch TV or hang out on the porch while the kids sleep. What we really liked was bing right on Night Heron park. The back of the villa opens up on to the park, so getting to the field, bike paths, frisbee golf, play ground, nature center, and pools are easy. It also has outstanding access to the bike paths. And the beach is only a short bike ride away, just about 2 blocks, across the pond, cross the street and you're there at boardwalk 22. So you can bike or take a short car ride if you have a lot to carry, either way, it's easy. It's also nice to be near one of the only markets on the island at the Kiawah Village close by, as is the Sanctuary, so you can get to restaurants, the beach, shopping, etc. easily. So we would recommend this villa, ideal location with everything you need.

Susie, the property manager, was prompt in her responses and extremely accommodating. The condo was clean and very private. The location was great as it was close to the beach and the biking trails. I immensely enjoyed my beach getaway before I start back teaching this semester.
