There’s a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, a dinette table for two and a comfy sofa and large, flatscreen TV. Elegant and perfect with a connecting door to the main apartment.
The second entrance leads into the foyer and up a flight of stairs into the main living area on the second floor main living area. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances. The dining area is designed for easy flow with seating for 6 and extra seating at the breakfast bar. A cushy sectional sofa in the livingroom with a large, flatscreen TV leads out to a lovely screened patio.
