The property is very clean and also tired - chair cushions and carpet are worn and thin. We had six adults (3 couples - 2 parents - 50/60 and 2 sets of young adult children and their partners (28-35). We were looking forward to 3BR, 3BA - baths were great but bedding/mattresses are not comfortable, the third ā€œbedroomā€ is not a bedroom - once bed is down, there is no space and you canā€™t get out door, into closets or use wall outlets. The advertised fourth room has a heavy smell of mildew, two rudimentary futons and no easy access to bathrooms - pthrough then go

Great view and access to the pool! Very nice townhome. If you want to walk through all the beauty early morning, know gates are locked until 9:00. Evening swims are cut short with pool locked at dusk. ***Only sleeps 6. The futon in basement is not a sleepable area. Too moldy.

Very night townhouse located steps from the pool on Key Largo. We had a great time - kids and adults both enjoyed the pools and property. Two complaints - security is unbelievably strict, we often had to wait at the security gate to be let in and it was hard to have anyone stop by for any reason (we were in town for a wedding). Secondly, the listing says 8 adults. This actually means 8 total people (just not babies <1yo). It would actually be difficult/uncomfortable to sleep 8 adults. The bedrooms on the 3rd floor (two master suites) are comfortable, then the 2nd floor is an uncomfortable/small/loud murphy bed that blocks the door when it is down and the final "room" is in the basement. The basement is not connected to the main house, so you have to go outside via garage or porch spiral staircase to get back inside, including to use the restroom. It has a small couch and futon down there, but would be very difficult to sleep 2 adults there. Overall, the listing is misleading but the property is beautiful and worth renting if it lines up with your needs.

We enjoyed this property. It was spacious and clean. The pool was very nice in most ways, but it had a lot of debris. We were frequently visited by very pretty iguanas and the location of our unit in relationship to the pool was perfect. There are two other things I would make future renters aware of; the phone / internet service there are horrible. If you don't do well with stairs, this is not the property for you.

Had a most positive experience from booking our place to check out. The rental was clean and tidy. The area perfect for what weā€™re looking for. The staff on the property were kind and helpful and kept the grounds beautiful. Will definitely return.

We had an amazing time and felt like we were in paradise! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was beautiful, and the pool was perfect! We finally relaxed! Islamorada is close by and we spent a day in Key West! It was a lot of fun and would love to come back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Mariners #403. Excellent location and the management company was SPOT on. Very informative and helpful. The location at Mariners was also excellent. We were right next to the large family pool so that was convenient. We had a few early morning wake ups from some crying toddlers, but no matter. Itā€™s all about family at Mariners. We felt safe letting our kidā€™s hang out in the property game room with other kids. The security guards are great and on top of everything. Boat slips are tight. Itā€™s like walking the plank to get into your boat, so improve your balance if you plan to use the marina. There us only one negative about #403 which is the room on the second floor is boiling hot I shouldā€™ve realized that when we hit into the unit and saw all the fans in the room. It was unbearable a couple nights. Otherwise everything was great. Only minor maintenance issues which had no effect on our stay. Would definitely rent with Barefoot rentals again.

This condo was perfectly located right in front of the large pool. Nice accommodations although kitchen lacked items that would have been nice to not buy ie: everyday spices salt and pepper, garbage bags, paper towels/ napkins, coffee filters. While the rental company did let us know about this it would have been nice not to order. The grounds and location were beautiful and ideal. Very easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Loved our time.

Perfect weekend getaway before back to school. You can't beat the location in the complex as you can go up and down the back patio to the beautiful oasis pool. Our family of 4 had a ball and enjoyed all the space that the unit offers. We will definitely be back!

This place was beautiful and perfect for families! This unit is also great because it has direct access to the pool and has a patio on each floor. If you are checking in at night you do have to pick up the keys in a drop box but the rental agency does a great job of communicating with you prior to your stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
