THE SPACE:
The West Bluff is a quiet, wooded lane along the west branch of the lake. Very little traffic so easy to walk, bike or just listen to nature. 3 separated living spaces in and around the house gives you an open patio to take in the view, covered porch to enjoy meals and sit in the shade. The house itself is spacious, open, quiet and comfortable. Open all the windows at night. The cool air cascading down the hill will refresh you. The silence is deafening,
GUEST ACCESS:
85 feet of level lakefront is all yours. Magnificent oak tree for natural shade. Sit out on the spacious dock and catch some rays. Then jump into absolutely clean water to cool off.
Take a stroll along the road. Or walk a mile to Keuka Lake State Park and hike some trails.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
West Bluff is the jewel of Keuka Lake. Our home is especially desirable because we are not so far South on the road. You can be at a brewery in 6 minutes or local diner for breakfast same time.
