"The rooms at this hotel reserved specifically for Expedia customers are only at the front of the place. The front is about 150 ft. From a major highway. Trucks, tractor trailer, motorcycles. Loud cars racing up Rt. 50s made for one of the loudest, disturbed sleeps ever. We asked for a room facing away from the highway, but we were told we needed to pay full price for another room. No paying the difference between room price. She did offer 10% for the new room, but the cost was still...

"The room was clean, well maintained. The breakfast was fine. The pool was okay but the hot tub was down for maintenance. The value for two nights was good. Location was great. The staff was okay and polite, not overly friendly. The outside including steps, cooking out area, walkways were somewhat cleaned. This wasn't the worst place nor was it the best place I have ever stayed. It was okay."

"No housekeeping service and when requested they just piled some towels on the unmade bed."

"I was very disappointed because the post was misleading. Nothing was open - not the bar or the pool and there was no entertainment. The post advertised a Tiki Bar, a Restaurant and a pool. None of this was open and there is a 15 minute drive to get to the nearest town. The whole point of staying there was not to have to leave the site. Dinner, music, and entertainment were advertised but I paid for a vacant facility with no food, no bar and no pool. Expedia needs to make this right!"

Upon arrival, I encountered disappointing service at the check-in counter. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive, which was quite frustrating after a long journey. Furthermore, the location of my room was dreadful. It was situated in a noisy area where the incessant traffic outside and the internal noise...
