"Wow! An amazing experience at a beautiful property, with outstanding service. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our travels in NZ, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. The setting is stunning, the food is outstanding, and the room is beautiful. But the staff are what make the place really special. Over the years, we have stayed in excellent hotels around the world, and this one ranks among the best. Exclusive, exquisite, and refined. Highly recommended."

"Just incredible. When you pay good money for accomodation the service doesn’t always match. But the staff here are simply incredible. There is nothing we can say about improving as it was as good as it gets! "

"The hotel location is very good with an amazing view from the balcony. However the facilities are not at a great level compared with other 5 star hotels.
The exit green lights in the room can’t be turned off at night, which is a joke.
Hotel staff is friendly but it doesn’t worth the money. "
