"The property itself is beautiful and everything went smoothly at first. However, there were significant issues that impacted our overall experience. We saw multiple roaches in the unit, which was concerning from the start. On our last evening, the unit flooded due to an adjacent rooms problem. We had maintenance in and out for several hours, disrupting our evening. While the issue was eventually addressed, there was no meaningful compensation for the time we were impacted, no move to another...

"Our stay was nice. The room was suitable. It was confusing finding where to park, it's in an entirely different parking lot than the studio. The beach it sits on is nice with comfortable chairs, but pretty rocky in the water. AC was advertised, but we were asked to use it as little as possible. Not sure what was up with the shower amenities provided, but they were the cheapest shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. Pretty sure the conditioner was half water. Definitely bring your own!
