"The studio is in a great Location, not only the resort is beautiful, in front of the beach, with some shops and restaurants around but also Wailua is in the center of the island, easy to go to any direction. The studio is very confortable and charming. I think it can have some small improvements, but it was a very good stay. (The hair driyer was not workig, and a kettle for tea drinkers would be nice)"

"Such an incredible place to stay! This condo has everything you could possibly need and the view was spectacular. The building is also nice and close to the parking lot and restaurants. The washer and dryer was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again. The next time we come to Kauai you just won’t believe how beautiful the grounds are!"

"10/10!!! This little studio was amazing! I was a single traveler and it was absolutely perfect. I also loved the parking situation. Being able to turn in and out with the traffic light is very safe and it seems a lot of time when there’s heavy traffic in town.. unit is clean and cozy and the beach is beautiful "

"Anyone considering staying in princeville should book this beautifully thought-out condo with no hesitation. Location is great - peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk to. The layout of the condo is perfect and all furniture is so comfy - we almost didn’t want to leave to go explore the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive with a few minor questions we had. We will be back when we come back to Kauai soon. "

The WiFi was spotty and difficult to connect at times, but it wasn't a problem because we were out most of the time and wanted a break from internet anyway. "Great location to explore North Shore beaches. Our host was most welcoming! Very comfortable accommodations. We slept so well! Our host provided great recommendations. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay and beach adventures was provided. We cooked breakfast and had takeout from the local Foodland. We didn't use the pool, hot tub or grill as we were more interested in the beaches but they looked good too."

Dark stairs to the bed area. Contrary to what the ad suggests, there is only one parking space to be used by guests in two different apartments. "Wonderful place to stay. Had dishwasher detergent, laundry detergents, all shower supplies. Closet with beach chairs, umbrella, even a cooler(we didn't use but there were ice packs in freezer for it) really easy to find, great place to stay to be able to go north and south. Everything was clean and in good condition. Beach was nice sand, a little steep for little children to play in water. We traveled in October, not sure what beach looks like in summer. Close to stores and lots of food options."

"Asked for just a little late checkout ( from 10 am to 11am) and it was refused even after many requests. Owner said that he needed the 6 hours to prepare the tiny condo to another guests. Anyway, we left at 10 but returned 10:45 to pick up a bag we forgot. I was expecting to see people cleaning the condo. Surprised to see nobody there yet. Owner missed the chance to be kind. One tip: get a hard copy of the address and directions because 4G/5G doesn’t work in the area. As for the rest, all great!"
