"Everything was great! Only suggestion is to update the information book. The directions for the tv are for a completely different remote and several of the suggested restaurants are no longer in business. Other than that it was all very enjoyable."

"Very clean apartment in a very nice area of Kauai. It was a little far away from some activities but close nice beaches. There were beach item available for use which made the visit great. It was a little difficult to find in the dark, the host provided good instructions. The apartment was missing some items that had been in the listing, the host was responsive and helpful in mitigating the issue satisfactorily. Overall a nice clean apartment in a nice area."

"Wowsa!! Our whole condo overlooked the ocean. Natural white noise to fall asleep to! We saw whales, schools of dolphins, turtles and surfers just sitting on our balcony. Also witnessed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We will be back!!"

"This was a perfect place to land each day after hiking the Napali coast and snorkeling in the warm, clear waters of Anini Beach and Hideways Beach. The condo had exactly what I needed: a comfortable bed on the main floor, kitchen to prepare healthy meals, reliable Wi-Fi and walking paths to everything from the Princeville Farmer’s Market and Hideaway beach. Highly recommend purchasing the fresh catch of the day at the fish market in Hanalei. Same fish market has THE best sushi rolls. SO many...

"This is our third stay to this condo complex - we love the location, easy walk to the beach and food, and nice mid point to explore the rest of the island. I wish the pool were a little warmer, and that there was a hot tub, but otherwise we love it (obviously since we keep going back...) We did get harassed a bit from the Auntie at the front desk who called us and wanted to us to bring everyone down to the office because she had information that we had 10 children with us (4 adults and one...

"The property grounds were beautiful! The room was perfect for our needs, Very comfy bed which is a must on vacation! The room had just what we needed with pool - beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler. We would definitely stay here again. Billy was spot on with his communication."

"We stayed 3 nights in this Princeville condo in April; it was clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, kitchenette with all we needed, washer/dryer very handy. Excellent directions in email made accessing the keys and moving in a breeze! Great location within 10 minutes of both Hanalei and Kilauea restaurants and shops, and close to shuttle to Napali coast. Highly recommend!"

"The location is amazing and conveniently located. When we walked into the unit we could immediately hear the waves crashing. Each morning and evening we enjoyed the views from lanai. The unit was a good size for 2 people, but some of the furniture was “tired” and uncomfortable. It also would have been nice if the bedroom had a small tv for the option to wind down and relax in the bedroom."

"This is an adequate place to stay. The room is small and there is no ability to cook other than the microwave. There is a refrigerator but no freezer. The bathtub took a long time to drain after use. But....it is close to the beach and a nice ABC store and it is ideally located to explore the island."

"We enjoyed our stay in Poipu. A quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. Many amenities were provided for inside and outside. This included a cooler, beach chairs and other beach equipment. Cam gave us a gift of chocolate covered macadamia nuts and left us some bananas from his property."

"Last minute trip and lucky (for us) the MOST COMMUNICATIVE host we've come across on VRBO! Host responded quickly to every (too many?) questions including last minute questions about parking and WiFi. This was a small space, but perfect for two grandparents and the grandchild. The only thing I'll add is that parking is limited throughout Princeville and particularly limited along the beachfront--NOT unique to this listing. Plenty of spectacular beach options from Kapaa on the east coast through...

"Celebrated our anniversary, princeville is nice abd clean. This vrbo has a nice privacy aspect to it. The jungle is right outside the back door. The green anole lizards were so cool! Everything in the rental was clean and tidy, we will go back in the future."

"As i had a bad back, i had a downstairs unit. It was easy for me to move about. Loved the chicken's and birds on the grounds. Got help with me luggage. The pull-out couch in the living room was hard to sleep on. Very lumpy. In the folder you suppled for information You should have the phone # for the front desk on the first psge in the booklet. Hard to find. Had a great stay. Will come back again."
