This beautifully updated and spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home boasts a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and plenty of room to accommodate up to eight guests. Our home is tastefully furnished with modern decor and features new flooring throughout.

I am available from 8 am through around 9 pm, seven days a week. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

The neighborhood surrounding our home is a bustling and diverse area with plenty of charm and character. It is an older neighborhood, and some of the homes are in some form of disrepair. However, we have great relationships with the neighbors. Additionally, we have been hosting guests in this home since April of 2023 without issue. Located just east of downtown Kansas City, this neighborhood offers easy access to all the excitement and amenities of the city while still maintaining a strong sense of community. Highway access is only two minutes away!

A small apartment building caught fire recently. The owner is currently working through the insurance process (which can take way too long!). The doors and windows are currently boarded up.

One of the highlights of this neighborhood is its rich cultural heritage. You'll find various ethnic restaurants, shops, and businesses that reflect the diverse backgrounds of the residents who call this area home. From Mexican and Vietnamese cuisine to African and Middle Eastern markets, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The neighborhood also has several local parks and green spaces, providing residents with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, the area boasts many historic landmarks and buildings, including the famous Negro Leagues Baseball Museum and the iconic Jazz District.

You will have full access to the home, except the basement. That door is locked and where the cleaners keep their supplies.

If there is inclement weather, we will send you the code to take shelter there.
