"Property really does have a lot of great features to it, including the pool, game room and fire pit. Really appreciate lots of bathrooms and bedrooms for all. Would definitely consider staying here again."

"Beautiful place! Its always nice when a property has a dining table and living room seating for the number of guests that it sleeps. This house was well decorated with Kansas City items. We were just there for an overnight stay but this would make a great base for a weekend stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was really nice and clean. My teenagers loved that they each had their own little place they could hang out, very roomy. I liked the ease at which we booked the VRBO and it was the feeling of home. I would definitely stay again."

"Large beautiful home with so much potential! We stayed two nights in this home in Independence MO with a group of friends. We ate dinner and walked around in the downtown area on the evening we arrived. Walked the neighborhood and nearby church grounds in the morning and then attended a game at Arrowhead. The house is pretty cool. The kitchen is updated and the porch was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the weather. "

"Book this house!!!!! Everything about this property was PERFECT!!! My kids loved the uno cards with the nfl teams on back. The back yard was beautiful and we pulled up one night and a deer was in the backyard and there are plenty of rabbits hopping around too. Very close to the interstates and that made it even easier. Stores close to the property was another plus. When I come back I will be looking to book here again. "

"Very convenient to the shops, restaurants, and in-town wineries/breweries. The porch was perfect for people watching and saying hello to friendly passerbys. The house had all the amenities we required. Off street parking was very appreciated due to the busy nature of the street. I would not hesitate to recommend to others."

"This property is beautiful!! My daughter and I absolutely loved it and it worked so well for her and her Maid of Honor to stay the night before her wedding day. Then all of the Bridesmaids (and me the Mother of Bride) arrived in the early morning hours for hair and make up. Everyone had comfortable places to sit as we all got ready. My daughter and her husband spent their first night together in this house. Memories forever. Thank you to the host!"

"This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The house is in a great neighborhood, very quiet, and close to the city (we were visiting my daughter who lives in downtown KC). Beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was huge and well-equipped and we loved the screened-in sun porch in the mornings. Nothing but great things to say about this place."
