Welcome to our spacious three bedroom, three bathroom home in Platte City, MO. Home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Kansas City airport, and close to historic Weston.

Up to 10 guests, whether it be friend reunion groups, co-working trips, or multigenerational family getaways, will feel immediately at home in the cozy modern property. From the minute you check-in, you`ll feel welcomed into the great living room. This is the perfect spot to spend evenings streaming on the Smart TV, relaxing on the sofas, or enjoying great conversation.

But don`t get too carried away before you pick your room and settle in. Luckily, you have plenty of sleeping spaces to choose from. The primary master suite on the second floor with king-size bed features s Smart Tv, and your very own ensuite bathroom with shower-tub combo.

Also upstairs, the first guest room has a dreamy king-size bed & smart TV. The second guest room offers a queen bed and dedicated work desk for those who take their work on the road. Both guest rooms have access to a full bathroom upstairs with a walk-in shower. And in the downstairs full bathroom, guests can enjoy a relaxing steam shower experience to unwind after a long day.

Now that you`re all unpacked, it`s time to check out the rest of the house. Meal times are made simple in our sunny, fully equipped kitchen. Find all the utensils, countertop space, and modern appliances you need to cook up your favorite recipes. Brew a coffee while the food cooks. then when it`s time to eat, you can either gather around four-to-eight person dining room table or ten person outdoor dining gazebo to dine a/fresco style.

The crown jewel of our cozy home is the private fenced-in backyard space. There is where indoor comfort and outdoor living space truly collide. Guests can sip on their morning coffee, and fire up the BBQ grill from sunset dinners under gazebo. And when the stars come out, gather around gas fire pit to make the most of your time together.

This is a keyless entry property. Guests will access the home using a keypad on the garage door during their self check-in.

Guests can reach us directly through the Airbnb app or texting. A phone number will be provided upon arrival in case of any questions, concerns, or emergencies.

A minimum of 3 nights is required.
NO pets allowed. NO smoking within 25 feet from the house. No smoking in the backyard..
Note, there is a flat cleaning fee charged to guests per stay.
There are an exterior security cameras installed near garage door, gate entry and entry door for safety reasons. Our property is also equipped with smoke and carbon dioxide detectors, a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blankets.
This property does have stairs to the second floor, but guests who require accessibility can sleep and shower all on the downstairs level.
There is a high chair and Graco Travel Dome XL with crib and play yard for guests with small kids.
