This duplex offers two separate units connected by an exterior staircase, making it a great option for families or groups traveling together.

First Floor:
The first-floor unit includes two bedrooms with queen beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, a full kitchen, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Second Floor:
The second-floor unit features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen.

Parking:
Parking is available for two cars behind the home, with free street parking also available in front.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
