Villa Elli is an exclusive villa situated in picturesque Istrian village Ladići only 16km from the sea. It provides ideal accommodation for two small families or one large family (8 guests). Thanks to the spacious interior, you will have enough room for shared meals and socialising, while the sumptuous rooms will provide a quiet retreat for complete relaxation. It has spacious living room with fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, 4 bedrooms, each with private bahtroom. Stepping into garden you can enjoy a beautifully lit swimming pool, a garden full of flowers, 150-year-old olive trees, fruit trees, Mediterranean plants and an appealing lounge zone with lounge chairs.
Pets are wellcome, alowed 2 pets. Pet fee 50€per pet per day.
Villas Nevia, Elena, Zoe and Elli share a fantastically equipped sports area with a multi-purpose handball, basketball and football court, a volleyball court, 2 tennis courts, 2 bocce courts, ping-pong table, open-air fitness and an enormous playground.
