Our 3 bedroom cottage offers a large, private yard, beach is steps from the yard, and is close to many activities on the north shore.

Attention: Due to the proximity to the ocean, the salt air can accelerate the deterioration of metal surfaces, appliances, and other materials in and around the home. We want to ensure a comfortable stay and maintain the quality of our beachfront properties.

Please be aware that while we conduct regular maintenance and inspections to address these issues, some signs of wear and tear may still be present. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us preserve these beautiful homes. Nevertheless, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast.
