Everything was perfect except for the wifi that was not working during half or more of our stay. Other than that, excellent breakfast, WONDERFUL RECEPTION AND ROOM STAFF, best location, practicity, bathroom ammenities, and everything was perfect!!! Will definitely be there again.

It was a nice and friendly check-in experience and it was great to receive so much information about the area, restaurants, etc. The hotel is right on the River Walk and a nice walk on there to the marina and restaurant. There is a nice pool and the breakfast had many choices and the service was excellent. The rooms are adequate and what I expected. I don't look to spend a lot of time in my room on vacation. The hotel is centrally located to everything you would want to do in this area.

I love the location of this property. Affordable rates, clean rooms, and great staff. Bill at the front desk is great, he takes care of all your needs.

For a Best Western it was as good as you can get. the jupiter yacht club is next door with a separate walking path/promenade. Breakfast option were great. The only negative is that the pool needed cleaning and updating.

The staff are very friendly. Paul provided us information about the area and where to eat. We loved that it was convenient to all parks and restaurants.

Very strange check in. The older gentleman at the front wrote my credit card number down on a piece of paper he printed out for me to sign and initial. When asked why he was writing my cc # on this paper, the reply was “for reference”. Later, as I was at dinner, I received a notification that my card had declined a $10 charge at the best western. When I got back, I asked this older clerk if my card was declined and whh $10 was charged. He said yes,, but he was trying to put a hold on the card. Why? He admitted I paid in advance through Expedia and that my card flagged this charge was fraud. He said , “don’t worry. You’ve done nothing wrong and you’re paid in advance”. I’m going to be addressing this with whomever is at the desk tomorrow. There are no items to purchase in this hotel. For water, we had to buy it out of a machine on the 2nd floor. Why would he try to make a charge for incidentals on my card when there are no incidentals available at this hotel? Very sketch.

The 10.00 authorization that the hotel does is for incidentals. The amount is small since we have few incidentals such as phone calls and a room deposit. The authorization cancels out upon a guest checking out. Apologies that this was not clearly explained to you at time of check in.I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.

This location is very central to great restruants, the Maltz Theatre and the beach. Bill at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and gave us tips on places to dine and sites to see! Bill is a true asset! We felt welcomed and looked forward to a quick chat with him when coming and going. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. We walked the adjoining Riverwalk and enjoyed seeing the beutiful yachts. We will definitely book here again.

It was a one night stay. The woman at the front desk was awesome when I checked in. The room was clean and nice. Be prepared to hear your neighbors. The walls are thin. Unfortunately the man in the room liked to use a lot of profanity. The bed was low and on the soft side. Personally I like a former bed. Breakfast was packed. Not enough sitting. Other than that, it was a good stay. I would probably stay again if I am in the area again.

2 night at Christmas
Two night stay over Christmas. Location for us is great as family is very close. Breakfast buffet was a little sparse but sufficient as it was free. Bed was comfortable and room was decorated nicely. Would stay again!
