"We LOVE the Atlantic Beach Hotel! My family has stayed here many times over the years, and every visit is great. Super convenient location in Middletown - right across the street from Eastons Beach, and close to all the main attractions in Newport, while being far enough away to not feel crowded. "Great stay at Wyndham Newport. I highly recommend this hotel is super clean and the staff were all so pleasant. Beds were also comfortable. In room fridge is always a plus too. I booked this hotel especially for the shuttle it made it easy to get into downtown Newport you didn't have to worry about finding parking, time constraints, or paying for parking. Making it a stress free vacation with shuttle from 9am -9:30pm most days. The drivers were all so nice and loved giving tips on what to see,...

"Arranged beautifully. Soooo very clean everywhere!!! Balcony was a great. Saw sunrise and view of the beauty of the golf course. In the afternoon, the balcony was lovely and cool. "We love this hotel. Across the street from the beach and some restaurants, you can walk to the Cliffwalk and the hot tub on the roof with the fire pit is such a treat. The staff is really friendly. The gym is nice and the breakfast is simple but good. I just wish people would respect the rules and don’t drink/smoke on the roof and the hot tub. The indoor pool and adjacent hot tub are really nice as well. Both buildings are nice!! We will keep coming back! "

"A beautiful piece of history! The house is lovely and unique! We stayed in the Lantern Room which had access to the cupola via a spiral staircase in the room! The view from there is spectacular! We ordered a charcuterie board for a light dinner and ate it in the cupola while enjoying the scenery. You can bike (free to use), walk along the shore, swim, enjoy meals out, read, play games and so much more! "Excellent property and well maintained. Great getaway for those that prefer am alternative to your cousin chain hotels. Look forward to staying again!"

"We had 2 rooms, 1 needed ADA access. It did have the ramp, but no seating chair for the shower and it was located near the b k of the kitchen and the view from the window was the storage areas with beer kegs and what not laying around. The hotel location and the other room with a balcony were great. Need to improve on the ADA room though "

"I liked it very much, the room was clean, spacious, the balcony overlooked the trees. We stayed for three nights, two of which were quiet. But the last night in the next room there was a party from 2 am, loud music and noise. We went to the reception, but it was closed. We had to endure the noise, so as not to get involved with a drunken company. But in general the impressions of the hotel itself are very pleasant."
