Newman's Beachview is a remodeled, beautifully redecorated open concept home with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths and a SALTWATER FILTERED, HEATED INDOOR SWIMMING POOL




Enjoy preparing and serving in this Gourmet open kitchen. Your family and friends have space to gather in the kitchen or use the side covered Patio area for morning coffee or Evening drinks.


Or you may choose to take advantage of the new recreation area with adult and children Swing, Corn Hole Toss and the gas fire Pit gather around for the evening.

Nice Property

Nice property with great amenities. Great location. Fun to see the deer traipse through the property every night. You do need to bring toilet paper and paper towels! And, there are two coffee makers, a Keurig and drip. This is not mentioned on the listing and I was told there was only a drip. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean, only downside was we could not enjoy the pool, the humidity in the pool area was unbareable and the Chlorine level was way too high, my daughter attempted to use the pool and it bleached her black swimsuit to purple. It advertised a salt water pool this is incorrect, the smell of a salt water pool does not set your sinuses on fire when standing in the room, ps keep the pool doors closed or the whole house will radiated the extreme brash smell of highly concentrated chlorine.

WONDERFUL SURPRISE!

The photos do not do this property justice! It has a lovely open floor plan with a large kitchen and spacious living and dining areas. The master suite has a large king sized bed and walk in closet, plus a luxury bath. It even has private doors to the huge 4 season room with a heated in-ground salt water pool (which we all thoroughly enjoyed). The additional bedrooms and closets are spacious, and there are two add'l full baths - one is located in the 4 season room. There is a patio with a bar, table, and grills for convenience. It is beautifully equipped. It is only a block to the ocean for beachside fun. Whenever we return to Jekyll, it will be our vacation getaway for sure.

All around perfect

It was our first time visiting Jekyll during the winter, and this house made it perfect with the indoor heated pool. We were able to site see during the day and wear the kids out swimming at night. We will visit this place again when given the chance without a doubt.

Beautiful home away from home

The house was even better than we anticipated. Plenty of space for privacy but large group areas for eating and visiting. The indoor pool was immensely popular as well as the outside patios. Beds were comfortable and there were three bathrooms which worked well for our group. Quiet street with bicycle access to all points on the island. Very pleasant experience. We hope to book there again. Thank you for providing your home for our visit to Jekyll Island.

Excellent

The check in was easy, very friendly. We received a call from the owner To make sure everything was in order and to tell us to enjoy our stay and to feel free to call them if we had a problem. The house was exactly as described, actually better! This was by far one of the best family vacations we taken. Loved the area, loved the house. Beautiful wildlife. We Visit Jekyll island often and will definitely go through Jekyll reality and stay in this house on our next Visit!

Last minute beach vacation!

We loved that we had so many options about where to swim, no matter the weather or time of day. This house is well equipped to keep everyone occupied and happy. However, I am a stickler for cleanliness and this was not clean. I thought Jekyll Realty would've put special processes in place to avoid virus exposure & spread but their response was that they've been so busy. Upon first inspection I saw the bathroom rugs were soiled & they smelled. Jekyll Realty housekeeping picked them up but never returned them or any other rug/mat. Additionally I had to deal with cleaning dirty floors (dust balls, wads of hair, food, coins `and of course sand). All the comforters & pillow shams are odorous and the curtains are laden with brown dust. This place has much to offer but Jekyll Realty needs to uphold good cleanliness standards, especially during this pandemic!

Private pool was great

We had a great time here. The private pool and the ability to cook/make our meals made this the perfect social distance vacation. The fact that the pool is indoors is a nice bonus on stormy afternoons.

Perfect home base for a family of 6

Newman's offered the perfect home base for a family of 6 (kids aged 4, 6, 8, 10) to explore the island and to rest at the end of the day. It's a 6 minute walk to the King St beach access which is great but loses its beach at high tide. We had bikes and it was a short 4 minute ride on the bike path to the beach in front of the hotel that even has ramp access! This beach is open in high tide. The house itself only needs two words - indoor pool. It was amazing to have a place to relax without sunscreening throughout the day and on rainy days. The owners love to host so you'll find more kitchen accoutrements than you'll ever need! We loved our stay and hope to return.
