"Wunderschönes großes Hotel in Solo. Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, beim Frühstück gab es eine sehr große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe waren sehr praktisch. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder."
"The hotel feels like an oasis in Yogyakarta. Employees are highly attentive and the hotel conditions are good overall. As improvement points we would highlight the restaurant chairs (adding some pillows would make a big difference in comfort), and the rooms would benefit from better sound isolation and a renovated bathtub."
"Ótimo custo beneficio. Hotel luxuoso, limpo, atendimento bom, café da manhã muito caprichado. Só incomodou um pouco a quantidade grande de hóspedes, mas devido ao tamanho grande do hotel. Não sei dizer sobre itens de lazer pois ficamos pouco tempo e não tivemos tempo para aproveitarmos a piscina e o parquinho para crianças."
"The staff from the front desk, room, dining area & housekeeping was warm, friendly, & very accomodating. We were provided & experienced the VIP treatment! Food was excellent, highly recommend the Italian (squid ink pasta) & Indonesian restaurants (breakfast buffet). Great discount at the spa from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM."
"The hotel is clean. breakfast was complete and delicious. one feedback is only to provide coffee/tea faster. had to ask a couple of time as breakfast is almost over but cups hasn’t arrive. other than that food was amazing. hotel room was clean and maintained"
