"Clean room, clean shower room, nice bed "

"The rooms were small but nice. Definitely a cool kyoto boutique vibe. Amenities were a free for all in boxes up at the front. Overall really clean. The directions to get in could be alittle easier. Like telling the people that the code for the room is for the box that you have to open. We figured it out on our own but 2 other people asked for help because it wasn't directly on the instructions. "

"The room was smaller than I expected but it fit my needs. The air conditioner worked, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and all necessities were provided. The manager is very nice and helpful. The showers could use some updating but they were clean and private. The location makes up for the lack of amenities and the price was very reasonable. I would stay here again. "

"The place is very quiet. The location is good. The common area on the 2F was very nice, and confortable. There is nobody working there. They sent me a message in japanese explain how to make a self check in. I’m not japanese, they shoud send me in english. The room was good and confortable except the toilet and bad condition of some items . the curtain on the window is broken. And the toilet was too small, there is no plastic curtain to protect from the water during the shower, the whole toilet...
