"Everything about this charming house was excellent. Our host Jessica, was available to us and very she was very professional. The kitchen was full equipped and all the amenities you can think of were available to us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Everything was close to the house! This is a golden find! I would definitely book this property again!"

"This property is so cute, it was prefectly appointed and was cozy but spacious. The kitchen had all the utensils we could need and I'd bet the farm that all the appliances were brand new.We really appreciated the comfort of the bed and pillows after driving 12 hours.The location was centrally located very close to both the beach and the city. "Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back ."

"Wonderful room with king sized comfortable bed. The outside kitchen was wonderful. Plenty of parking. It does back up to a busy street but most traffic is gone by 9:30 or 10:00 at night. Convenient to James Island and Folly Beach."
