There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. "Quaint, cozy, just right for an overnight stay. We were first time visitors to Charleston and we wanted something small and close to downtown. This place fit the bill! Super easy to get to, ultra quiet neighborhood. Checked ourselves in promptly at 4:00 pm per instructions and rested from all day walking. For a no worry night out, we had a ride-share from here to La Farfalle and back - just a fifteen minute ride for reservations at 5:30pm then back to the property by about 7:45pm. Host...

"This is my second time staying at this location- I would book it again and highly recommend it! The location is close to drive to downtown charleston but its a comfortable, quiet neighborhood, less hectic thank staying downtown. The fenced in back yard is great if you have a dog, it feels private. The place is as pictured/described and had everything I needed for my stay. Also there are restaurants and grocery stores a short drive away. Folly beach is also a short drive away. "
