"The room was immaculate. The staff were very helpful in finding local places to visit and great places to eat. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. There were plenty of parking spots near our section where our room was. The pool was fun and never over crowded. The beds and amenities were great. We would definitely come back. The hotel is a short drive to downtown Charleston and has plenty of things around the vicinity of the hotel itself for eating and shopping."

"I was placed in a room adjacent to the ice machine and elevator, even though the hotel was barely occupied. The breakfast was on par with a gas station. I travel frequently for business, and the Hilton name is no longer a mark of quality or comfort. Hilton is the Taco Bell of hotels."

"We have been staying here for many years. It’s comfortable and convenient but is beginning to look and feel “used”. There was some mold in the bathroom, we had no hot water for showering our last morning ….. the front desk said that they would notify maintenance about the water but we were on our way so don’t know if issue got corrected promptly or not. Breakfast is good, fair selection and atmosphere friendly."

"Room was okay. The shower leaked BAD every time you showered. The pool was green and smelled horribly of mold. Had to go get our own towels every time our dirty ones were taken by cleaning staff. The one day of the week our whole room was to be cleaned the cleaning staff didn't start cleaning it until 5:45pm-6:00pm, which we were ready to come back to the room and relax and couldn't after a long day. A positive was that the A/C in the room worked great and the full kitchen was definitely a...

"Hotel com boa localização para quem não deseja ficar em downtown e pagar preços absurdos, mas, infelizmente, o quarto oferecido não era habital com cortinas blackout furadas e sujas, sendo necessária a nossa recomendação em outro quarto com condições melhores, sendo que o banheiro é minúsculo. O café da manhã era frugal como esperado, mas a única torradeira disponível estava quebrada. Definitivamente, não recomendo. "
