Wake up in the Main bedroom after a wonderful night's sleep in our comfortable King and enjoy the sun glistening on the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the private balcony and soak up the sea breezes. The Main bedroom includes an en-suite bath. The second bedroom has twin beds, and a guest bath is in the hall. There is a loveseat-sized pull-out for an extra child or small adult. Perfect for family or friends.

Look for a dolphin as you prepare a meal in our fully equipped kitchen, with standard and Keurig coffee pots. The dining table seats four, and the bar has three barstools for casual dining. Don't feel like cooking? Cross the street for a drink or meal at the Surf or head out to one of the area's highly-rated restaurants. Enjoy free high-speed internet and a washer and dryer, providing all the conveniences for an amazing vacation. It is also the perfect spot to telework or attend virtual school. We supply two beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella.

Rental Agreement - Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.

Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.

OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.
Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.

Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges are incurred; otherwise, the hold will be released 7 days after you leave.

Parking - There is one parking space, which is strictly enforced during busy times of the year. Oversized vehicles will not fit. There are several overnight lots on the island.

Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.
