Welcome to a beautifully-updated Beach Wood condo that is steps from beach access and a shady community pool! Our newly furnished vacation rental, 2023 Beach Wood, can sleep 6 and is perfect for a family beach vacation, a couples getaway, or for friends planning a golf or spa weekend.

Located on the third floor, 2023 Beach Wood is situated in the gated Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) and within walking distance to the Omni Amelia Island Resort, which offers excellent dining, shopping and activity options. This property is all one level and boasts an open floor plan perfect for your group.

The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Walking past the dining area, the living room leads out to the private balcony with nature views. High-speed Wifi and streaming services are available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a bunkbed. The second full bathroom is right next door and has a shower-tub combination.

Enjoy the walking/biking trails and community spaces on the AIP resort. Venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 20-minute drive north on scenic A1A) and feast at the eclectic restaurants nearby. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available.
