Designed as an open studio layout, the space accommodates up to three guests with a king-size Murphy bed that folds away during the day and a full-size hide-a-bed for added flexibility. Natural light and simple comforts help the room transition easily from daytime lounging to restful evenings.

Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan support a comfortable environment throughout the year. An HDTV and Wifi provide options for unwinding or staying connected, while a dedicated workspace offers a practical spot for planning your day or handling remote work. A private entrance and self check-in with a keypad add convenience and independence to your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen and cooking basics make everyday meal preparation simple, whether you're assembling a quick breakfast or enjoying a quiet dinner at the dining table. The layout supports an easy, steady flow to your stay without rush.

Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom includes a separate shower and dressing area, along with bathroom essentials for added convenience. An in-unit washer and dryer allow you to refresh clothing and beachwear during longer visits.

A patio or balcony offers a place to step outside and enjoy the coastal air. Guests have access to a community outdoor pool available all year. Free parking on premises - 2 spaces - makes coming and going straightforward.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.
