All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront and feature a fresh ocean breeze on either a balcony or patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Unit 336 is a north side, corner unit so you have the direct ocean view which extends around the side of the unit. This is a two-bedroom condo with an awesome ocean view that is guaranteed to brighten even a cloudy day. The master bedroom has a King bed and is on the ocean side where you can listen to the surf as you drift off to sleep. The second bedroom has two double beds, and both bedrooms have a TV with DVD. The living area has TV with DVD and VCR player, and large comfortable furniture.

In keeping with the comforts of home, you will find a full kitchen and a separate dining area. A washer and dryer are provided in this unit, but feel free to forget that and just enjoy the beach or the fishing on this vacation. The 800 ft fishing pier is available to our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier. The swimming pool, which is on the ocean side of the building, is a great place to relax. Ready for your arrival!

Directly across the street (walking distance) to the "Surf" restaurant that offers indoor dining as well as outdoors on a spacious deck often with live music. The highly rated, 27 -hole Fernandina Beach Golf Course is only two-minute driving from the condo.

Amelia by the Sea is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
