"The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again."

"Wonderful end of summer beach trip… super convenient and easy only suggestion I would have to supply a proper broom sensitive, so close to the ocean! And it is so close to the ocean practically out the front door with only some condos between you and the beach."

"The condo was very nice and clean. The parking garage was tight, but we made it work! The pool was very nice and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"What a lovely place for a beach escape! My husband and I stayed for five nights and found ourselves wishing for a place just like this one, so close to the beach. It was nice sitting outside on the balcony with our morning coffee. Thanks to our hosts for providing plenty of things most other rentals miss, like extra toilet paper and paper towels! There were also plenty of shower towels and beach towels. We did run into one issue with a broken beach chair, but the hosts fixed us up right away....

"The property is newly renovated so it’s very clean and modern. It’s close to both Beach Road and A1A which made it easy to get to restaurants, shops and the beach. There was more than enough space for our family of five adults. Great holiday weekend trip!"

"Shastri is a gracuious host. Check-in was seamless and the condo is as advertised. You will have all the comforts of home to enjoy your trip. The condo bulding and grounds are well maintained. The beach is wide, clean with powder sand for comfortable sunbathing. The neighborhood is quiet with a plethora of dining & shopping options nearby. You cant go wrong with this one..."

"The location of this condo simply can't be beat! It is toward the south end of Jax Beach which was quiet and relaxed. The property itself truly is "steps to the beach" unlike the claims at other properties that promise the same but don't deliver. The view from the balcony is extraordinary! You just can't draw it up any better. Everything you need is at the property with restaurants, groceries, and recreational opportunities very, very nearby. The vibe is fun with some quirky features such...

"Nice and cozy. We were steps away from restaurants and the beach. "

"This townhome was great, nicely renovated and lovely coastal decor. Loved the living area downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was well appointed and a nice big screen tv in the living room. Great location for us! Our son, his wife and their son live less than a mile away, we were there to baby sit our grandson for the week. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This two bedroom home is exactly as advertised. Less than five minutes from the beach and a minute and a half from Dairy Queen and their blizzards.Place was clean and Internet speed perfect for working while away. would definitely stay here again."

"Apparently the room had used bedding, since there was a pillowcase with lipstick marks and long strands of dark hair, in addition to the other pillowcases and sheets being with several strands of long hair and other numerous short strands. The cleaning also left something to be desired, since there were, for example, lamps with a lot of dust. In addition, broken elevator, broken towel washing machine (which can justify the apparently used bedding and with hair and lipstick). There were also no towels for the beach. The impression I had is that the previous guest left the room and they simply ran their hand over the house and stretched the sheet and crumpled the pillows. I don't recommend it."

"O hotel é muito agradável, com um café da manhã bom, possui café, chá disponível para os hospedes durante todo o dia; toalhas para praia e piscina; acessibilidade à praia, com um bonito nascer do sol. Conseguimos ver uma baleia no mar (!) da areia. O fato do check in ser as 16hs é um ponto negativo. O quarto é muito limpo. "

"Na segunda diária eles bateram na porta varias vezes querendo que a gente desocupasse o quarto pois estava vendido pra outra pessoa, sendo que nós tínhamos pago por essa diária também, foi um incidente chato que nem desculpas nós foi pedido. No geral o hotel é bom. Café bom para os padrões americanos."
