"The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again.
Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual)"

"This place was exactly what I needed. Very simple, no frills, but had all the basics and extremely close to the beach. Such an easy walk and the beach access has a new walkway. Bring a bag of ice. No ice maker. There is a counter top ice maker but the ice cubes melt quickly. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. What more do you need for a long weekend at the beach.Bring your own beach towels and chairs, like I said, there are only the basics. I would definitely stay here...

"We loved this property! It was just a short walk to the beach, and the unit was stocked with almost everything beachy we needed including chairs, towels, cooler, and umbrella. (We bought a beach mat and left it for future guests.) The unit was well-stocked, cozy, and comfortable. The bed sits very low and is also very firm. "We enjoyed our stay. All our basic needs were met. I would suggest that the unit be labeled so that it is easily located. The grass needed to be cut. I would suggest a few more hooks to hang things on. I really appreciate the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. My husband misplaced his sunglasses, if they are found please let me know."
